My husband and I just went to trade some clothing and shoes today and were told that our clothing does not match their “style.” We were very disappointed with the experience. Also, we were quite surprised when we found what their “style” consists of while browsing the aisles. Apparently the style at this store consists of worn out clothing from Walmart or Giant tiger. (Among other more “cheap” brands). They claim to sell name brands, but then turn people away who have gently used products from Roots, Hollister, American Eagle and Earth/Joseph Seibel shoes?We 100% do not recommend getting your hopes up about this store! They don’t want your nice things they only want cheap products they can upsell for more than they’re worth!

I was disappointed in this visit. I was told of the potential of this store and that it was a 'high end' consignment store.It was not, it was a regular used clothing store that had to pick through clothes from Walmart and other cheap brands a like.Lots of clothing in the store and parking, store was not for me.

A great place to find inexpensive but still stylish clothing. For example, I just bought blazers (Dynamite and Uniqlo) that are like new and were around $18 each. Have also found some great dresses, skirts and shirts. Sometimes you even come across items that are new (with the original price tag).

Just your average thrift shop, there is nothing special here, especially the unfriendly staff. Not one said hello while out and about in the store, and they make you feel like your just in their way. I don't recommend this store. Was pretty disappointed considering all the hype

Not a good experience. Staff members were rude and dismissive. This store doesn't follow suit with other locations' sales which is confusing and disappointing to customers. And then the staff doesn't really care and seems annoyed that you're even asking about it.To give more detail, I received a Plato's Closet email that I found out later applies to most locations, but not the London location. It was for a 90% off sale on select items. It made sense to me since the Once Upon a Child in London (same company) was also having a 90% off sale. I went in to buy some things but thought I would check with staff after seeing 50% off signs. I asked if all things marked with clearance stickers were 90% off and in a snarky tone without even looking up, a staff member said No

They say they’re a thrift store but literally everything is from shien in here which is gross. Used to shop here but the clothes aren’t even good anymore and barely any selection. Staff are always talking amongst each other instead of helping you

you can get high quality bags, shoes and clothes. it’s pricey compared to other thrift stores in London. i bought an excellent quality of shoes during their 70% clearance sale for only $7 having an orginal price of $22.

Forget about trying to exchange cloths, seriously!! I had brought in a bin of 45 items ranging from graphic T-shirt’s, old navy flannels, roots sweats, to Chanel scarves and they didn’t want a SINGLE item! I was quite shocked and in disbelief since the stores own inventory had similar if not lesser brands, but with the same if not worse quality when compared to what I brought. Only other point would be as a male shopper like previously stated quality of inventory is heavily used and lacking, especially compared to the female section. Stick to value village, goodwill, and Talize same prices better selection!

I love the place. They have all different types of clothes and some of them are very cute and cheap. I also brought a lot of clothes there to sell, and it's satisfied when you saw your clothes on sale.

Great selection of clothing, however racks were so full it made it difficult to browse. Store was kind of messy, tags and dust bunnies on the ground. I met Nada who checked me out, she was so friendly and wonderful! I will be back!
