Dr. Fady Shehata [Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Urogynecologist]

Terrible receptionist Anita! Extremely rude, I am in shock after her threats to cancel my appointment if I was not happy to wait for 2 weeks to speakAbout my NIPT results. I am in stress hands are shaking. And all because of her threats towards a pregnant woman with no compassion to patients!

Dr. Fady is an excellent, extremely trustworthy and calming OB throughout the whole pregnancy. Not pushy at all, gives opportunity to all wishes. Provides good answers and recommendations. 100% would recommend and will plan to use him if we have a 2nd child. So glad he was working at the hospital during our delivery. Great, calming reaction during difficult times.

I chose Dr. Shehata to be my OB because of the wonderful reviews below. Our initial appointment was merely 15 minutes, but it did not feel rushed at all. He took the time to go over the questionnaire I had already filled out online as well as asked if I had any questions/concerns. He explained what I could expect in the follow up appointments. He is clearly passionate about the work he does and genuinely cares for his patients. I absolutely loved how he spoke about midwives and their role in the health care system. A true professional who isn't consumed with OHIP billing greed and is supportive of either decision in your pregnancy. He spoke about collaborating with midwives during pregnancy when transfer of care was required and he really valued their work. Whether I end up with Dr. Shehata or a midwife - I am happy either way - something I told him during our amazing consultation.10/10 for the following clinic experience1. He said he chose this profession because he gets to be a doctor where his patients come to him at one of their happiest chapters of their life.

This was my first visit to the clinic, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. Dr Shehata is one of the BEST doctors I have ever met with. He made me feel super comfortable, took the time to provide with me lots of information and answered all my questions. The receptionist is also super kind and patient. Honestly, one of the best experiences ever. I look forward to having him as my OB.

Dr. Shehata is handsdown the most amazing doctor/surgeon I have ever come accross. He is extremely detail oriented, invested in his patients health and safety, very optimistic and makes his patients feel comfortable, safe and in good hands. With recently having a very scary and intrusive surgery, I can confidently say that I would not have rathered any other doctor perform on me but Dr. Shehata. He truly amazed me with his work. He is simply the best. Highly highly highly recommend!!! Also, his receptionist Anita is so kind and caring. She is on top of scheduling appointments and very considerate towards Dr. Shehata’s patients.

I wish Dr. Shehata could be my primary family physician as he is hands down the most phenomenal doctor I’ve ever had the privilege of being treated by!!His entire staff is amazing and Dr. Shehata himself is very thorough, gives you plenty of time to ask questions, and genuinely cares for his patients.I cannot say enough good things about him!

Dr. Shehata took care of me during my pregnancy. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and took his time to respond to any questions or concerns that my husband and I had. I'm so grateful to have had a great pregnancy with the guidance of a knowledgeable and professional Obstetrician. Thank you!!

Dr. Fady is the best OB. Highly recommended. He doesn’t rush at all and he answers all my questions. Very accommodating and you can feel his genuine concern. I will surely have him on my succeeding pregnancy. Thanks Dr. Fady. And special mention to his very patient, kind and fast secretary. Appointments and questions are all addressed in time.

I was so blessed to have Dr. Shehata as my OB. He was always on time for my appointments. He takes his time to answer all of my questions, explains the pros and cons. Dr. Shehata is very kind and personable, so each appointment is always one that I looked forward to. He was so kind to visit me at the hospital after I delivered when he was on shift. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Was referred by a doctor to Dr Shehata for OB care.Emailed the staff but did not hear back and it has been weeks. Was without care for many weeks. Thankfully heard back from another and decided to become a patient with them.
