Kal Tire

Have to give Ray and his partner a 2 thumbs up on the service we received today! We had a flat, towing with a spare on a Saturday. Needed to get a new tire, Ray and his team were great over the phone to get us what we needed and once we arrived the service was amazing! They made a very stressful day into a great one! This is true customer service! Great job guys!

Always happy to deal with this location. My fleet management company can be a pain at times, and everyone is always patient and helpful when it comes to getting approvals to get work done. The coffee machine is excellent and there’s always something on TV to occupy my time while waiting.

Ray was a big help today with a flat tire. Had us in and out of the shop within an hour, and patched our tire so we didn’t have to wait for a new one. Great service

I was driving back home and saw Kal Tire still open, but it's almost 5pm. I went in anyway to see if someone will assist me. A guy named Ray just finished working on another vehicle greets me and ask what he can help me with. So I inquired for set of tires for my vehicle hoping to find particular sizes I'm looking for. Ray look up in to his computer and found tires for my vehicle so I asked him some questions about the warranty and how long they can get the tires in. The tires are not cheap so I end up telling him that I'll think about it and will get back to him. I don't see any sign of disappointment or that he was rushing me to end the conversation even it's almost time for them to close the shop. That for me is customer service. After several days I called Kal Tire looking for Ray and decided to order the tires from them. Few weeks later my appointment for installing the new set of tires, that day Ray still not there yet and a guy name Steve assist me. I ask Steve to take care of installing the tires and not to sculpt the wheels to avoid any issues. He acknowledged it professionally and start working on my vehicle together with other crews. Ray showed up and say hi to me, he went inside the shop and talk to the crew working on my vehicle after. Moments later my vehicle is done. I was very satisfied and happy on how I saw everybody working on my vehicle. It is total customer satisfaction. Shoutout to Ray, Steve and the crew of Kal Tire Hinton. Appreciate it. You guys are the best!!!

Fantastic service, replaced a 2nd tire on our horrible failing Sixt rental car and set us back on the road after finding a used tire for us at another shop, thanks so much! Steven is a hero to us.

I can't say enough about the service my friend and I received from the team here, in particular Ray. We broke down entering Hinton on our way up to Jasper for a quick one-day ski trip, potentially turning our quick getaway into a bit of a prolonged disaster. Once at the shop, Ray and his team were clear and helpful in describing the required repairs to me and were accommodating of all my questions (even going as far as to physically show me the issues on the truck itself).When the day trip turned into an overnight stay due to the labour required for the repairs, Ray helped coordinate transport to a hotel for the night and went above and beyond to help get my friend and I to the mountain the next day so we could still make something of the trip. Ray basically saved the day.Long story short, if you're from the area or just passing through and happen to encounter some vehicle trouble, I would confidently recommend Ray and his team at Kal-Tire.

As an explorer, here's my spin...From phone call, greeting to changing tires, i was impressed on the flow. The place was clean and the first time seeing a pressure washer for the wheels and tire. They cleaned the wheels before working on it. Brushed the wheel studs. 2pm Thursday was a quiet time on my visit.

Went to get my car repaired here and the staff were very friendly and it didn't take more than an hour.

When i asked to fix a small hole in the wheel, they said they needed a new tire. Elsewhere the problem was fixed in 15 minutes. If you do not understand cars then do not advise this place, as you will be offered to do services that are not necessary
