We were returning home to North Bay, Ontario when our Sorento broke down near Chatham on the 401. We had it towed to Lally KIA and met the Service Department manager and Assistant the next morning to discuss options. They not only demonstrated a complete understanding of our situation but provided exceptional customer service and solutions. I can’t say enough good things about the whole service department staff and the speed, quality and efficiency of their work on our vehicle. They managed to turn an exceedingly stressful situation into a positive one through their professionalism and empathy. Kudos to everyone there who assisted us and thank you.

One of the best car buying experiences that I have had in a long time. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with from my first message to him until delivery. He knows his products and he knows how to relay that information to his customers. He was ready for us when we arrived and had two vehicles available for my wife to test drive, so that we could make the decision that was right for us.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, making it seem like I'd been a customer for a long time. Everything was well explained from finance terms and costs to features on the vehicle. My wife is pleased with her new Rio and we would definately buy from Lally Kia again in the future. The car even arrived earlier than everyone exptected, which was a great bonus! Keep up the great work!

I purchased my Kia before Christmas and I have never been happier in my new vehicle! I am still discovering new features that amaze me.
