Great resource for a non profit organization but customer service wise not so great. Can't remember her name but I was given her contact info when donating laptops from my supervisor for a company I worked for and rudely asking why I'm calling her. Unpleasant experience.

Called to ask for info: Was asked if i was a customer? No, but i could become one which is why i am calling, was my answer. I don't think we can help bye, was their answer?? I know what they do and why etc, but why so difficult over the phone? Techs are good, receptionist/office admin? not so much. Well, not giving up on them yet so we will see. Maybe she was having one of those smiling voice, bad, sarcastic feeling type mornings? lol!

Requested a free computer and a free server and they delivered.The server I was provided with was higher than the guaranteed spec. they advertised. They also packed all the cables I needed alongside a keyboard, mouse and monitor.Would definitely recommend if you need a computer for anything, just don't expect too much (it is free after all)
