bought stovetop espresso in mid Nov 2021. 3 days after got email saying thank you got pick up the item. ? I called and emailed to advice I did not pick up the item. I was told no worries it is an error ignore it. Yesterday drove all the way to the store (50 Km). was told item was picked up??. I said that this is wrong I NEVER picked up the item. store manger came. Rude lady, I asked few timed for her name, she said I dont need to give you my name. as far as I am concerned Item was picked up". I asked for proof as there must be a piece of paper with a signature or ID or both. Nothing. What a Rude and disrespectful person and service. I offered to give my address and let them investigate. She refused. I asked again for her name: my name is "Store manager". well you should not be in the retail business if you dont have basic customer service skills."

Very poor customer service. On the return policy it says that we will get full refund if product returned within certain time but they didn’t take mine back with recipts and tags etc. Issued gift card after arguing for a loong time! Never going back there again!The customer paying next to me had same issue wouldn’t take her item back!

Atrocious customer service. When we asked a question about unclear signage, we were responded to curtly by a lady with grey hair and a snarky remark from a young female. Don't shop here. These 2 hate their lives.

Good, clean location with helpful staff. I found some good deals and they had a special where items valuing $20&up were only $5 with a purchase. I came out with 3 items equaling in retail value to one of the items. And they were all good quality.

Love this store, it reminds me of Bowring. Pleasant staff, had a lovely experience this morning with manager Angela.

Good store, good deals but poor customer service. I bought a 4 piece red see thru canister set but the display canister had the paint come off . At the cash checkout, I asked Associate Angela to check the glass canisters in the box and she bluntly told you can open and check it and I opened the box and checked it. Sheer arrogance on her part and she needs a lesson in customer service.

Scam on offer by one get the second one 50% off !!!I went there Saturday 11th, we had 4 articles, gentleman who cash out made me think with two transactions he will be able to count higher price on discountWe realized after all that we over priced articles and he place cheap article with pricy article and apply on cheap one.Unrespectful, scam !

Got some really good deals this long weekend! The store staffs (Sonia and Katelyn) were super friendly and helpful!! Would definitely come back again!

Found some really good kitchen items at this place. Decided to buy two pizza baking stones to try out. One of the workers noticed me carrying them and came over and asked if I had ever used them before. I replied no" she then proceeded to explain their proper use and how to clean them - so glad she did because she warned me about what would happen if I used soap to clean them... and I definitely would have used dish soap to clean them had she not warned me in advance of what would happen if I did. Phew!!"
