Evolve Strength North

Great gym. Super nice team working, great atmosphere, solid equipment. Nice change rooms. Short on designated parking but never a real problem.

Love the high ceilings here! Just makes the gym seem so much bigger. All equipment is top-of-the-line and there is plenty of space to do anything you want. Parking is always plentiful as well. Only drawback is that most times I've been here, there are very few people working out, so that can leave the atmosphere lacking some energy.. but there's always a ton of equipment available.

I cannot recommend this gym enough. The facility is clean with a vibrant atmosphere. It has everything you need for barbell sports from Eleiko bars and weights to IPF approved squat & bench press racks. The front end staff are welcoming and incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to Hannah as she is always pleasant to deal with and adds to the overall positive experience.

I will support all the evolve locations. The north end, compared to the south, is very similar, just with some mild changes. Theblonger turf, something i didn't end up using during my week of use, looked like it was an awesome spot for a person to really push themselves with sled pushes and such. It appeared to be about double, maybe a little more, compared to the Edm south location.The gyms atmosphere is INSANELY inviting, and one of the things i like about Evolve is the lack of mirrors. Mirrors are distracting, and often, when used, can cause people to break form as they try to inspect themselves doing the exercise.Even though i was a member and informed the staff that this was my first time there, they still did a walk through with me, thus making the experience universal, which is great.Keep up the good work, everyone!!

I walked in to the facility for the first time and got a good tour from Matt. He showed me all the important things about this place and I’m getting eager to come workout. It’s a “no frills” gym for the most part, for those serious about staying fit. The assortment of free weights and bands are good. I’m not worried about waiting long times for equipment to be available as there is a lot of stuff.

Came here for the first time for a competition and it’s a beautiful facility! I sure wish we had an Olympic lifting gym like this in Grande Prairie. If you want to expand, open one up here in GP please lol

I walk in, and I saw at least 5 cockroaches and 2 mice. It was disgusting. The person at the front called me racial slurs and I found used tissues on the ground. The walls had small amounts of blood on them as well as snot. It was truly the worst place I have ever checked out

Love Evolve North! The atmosphere within the gym is unlike any other. Everyone is welcoming, from the staff at the front to the trainers and other members as you workout throughout the gym. The gym is always so clean and there are so many practitioners that can help me with my recovery after a workout. I recommend Tommy at Evolve North for anyone who is looking for a massage therapist. I have been going to him for years and every time I see him, I feel 110% better.

I’ve been working out at EvolveStrength North for a few months now and all I have to say is WOW. The environment here is very very warm and welcoming. I would highly suggest to start working out here!!
