Great customer service from Andy. Couldnt complete the custom part order from two other golftown but he helped me ordering the part.

I have to say this store has some of the best employees I have ever encountered, and the management goes above and beyond client care expectations. I recently bought brand new clubs and had an issue with by brand new driver the manager Tyler listened to my concern and immediately took care of my issue. Thank you team Applby Golf Town for delivering world class service.

I went in for a club fitting and it was a great experience. The staff member that was assisting me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I think his name is Greg and I appreciate the help he was giving me.

Do not use this pro shop. Put my Jumbo max handles on backwards seem facing up, shaft logos sideways then proceeded to use different adaptor tips that are not compatible with my cobra club heads. Ended up costing double having to replace the handles and adaptor tips.

It is what it is. The staff here was helpful but they didn't have what I was looking for on this particular trip.

got what we went for. Their clothing is FAR too expensive for the average golfer.

Good selection and safety signage was very visible . The store appeared much busier than the posted occupancy of 40.

Tyler, the Store Manager was an incredible help to me. He answered all my questions and had the patience to properly change the swing weight in my driver to match another club I like in my bag! My driver works very well now!!! Thank you so much for your help!Also, Andy in the pro shop is a great asset to the team at Golf Town as well! He’s helped me numerous times with questions I’ve had, advice and regripping clubs. I highly recommend his services as well!

I went to Golftown Burlington to buy a set of irons. I stood there for 30 minutes no one approached me at all. I seen a couple walking around and one speaking to a buddy about baseball and school but no one thought to do their job and approach someone who’s willing to spend actual money. Pretty frustrating. Here’s an update. I spoke to the manager, he apologized for the lack of service. He set me up with his master fitter and I was able to go in and buy the clubs that I wanted. A golfer's paradise, GolfTown has a great selection of equipment for you to peruse and try. The apparel selection is adequate and so is the footwear. If you need help at this location though, be prepared to be ignored. I was in the other day for 35 minutes and was acknowledged once. As I was leaving the store, an employee wished me a good day. Originally, I was going to purchase hybrids, as I have a handful of gift cards saved up from Christmas time. But, I will go to another location or order online as I didn't feel like the Burlington location's staff were interested in helping customers.
