Ahnisnabae Art Gallery
Louise welcomed us into her gallery sharing the meaning of works painted by her late husband and others. There’s a variety of art here at different price points, and we ended up leaving with two special prints. Highly recommend this gallery for anyone who happens to be in Thunder Bay!

The gallery features beautiful and vibrant pieces by a wide range of Ahnisnabae artists, including the late Roy Thomas and his son Randy Thomas, who works at the gallery today. There are also works of many other artists, and other things relevant to Ahnisnabae culture including medicines and a selection of books including language books. High quality custom framing is also available here. Definately check this place out!
