This place is amazing. The baths are clean, and there are options for outdoor and indoor even during winter. They also offered a compression massage for the legs. It was so relaxing. The saunas worked very well, and I feel like a new man now. Will definitely go back many times in the future. Thank you guys for the great experience.

I visited on Thursday morning, super calm and relaxing atmosphere. Only few visitors at that time. Friendly staff, fair pricing. Will be back for sure ☺️

Beautiful and relaxing experience. Such a fair price for the amazing environment. My personal favourite was the vapour sauna but looking over the Plateau neighbourhood in the rooftop pools was a close second!

Came here on a Thursday at 2pm and it was not busy at all. We did the 3 hour thermal experience and it was great. The place is reallymodern and clean. They have hot and cold pools, massage pool, sauna, steam room, massage chairs, and a pressure therapy leg massage included in this package. Tea and fruit included. It was really relaxing, I recommend this place.

Excellent spa. Very calm atmosphere, nice selection of pools, and a great steam room and dry sauna. Went for three hours and it was the perfect amount of time.

Went with a friend and we had a mixed experience. We were told when we got there that it was busier than normal, but would still be a great experience. The facilities are nice and clean. Would recommend not comparing this spa with Nordik, as they are so different. Enjoyed the hot tubs, which were nice outside on the roof, the moon and stars were beautiful. We checked out the napping pods, which were nice and cozy. Next we wanted to check out the compression space, but it was busy…and this is where our visit turned. One of the people working told us to come back in 15, so we went and checked out the steam room and pool for 10 minutes, and then came back, there was already a line to use the room with a couple people ahead of us. We didn’t mind waiting, so we waited…and waited…and waited…we waited for 20 minutes and only one person got in, with the room next to it equally as busy. We could hear people snoring…as an employee checked on everyone regularly. After 20 minutes and still another person ahead of us we checked out the swing chairs by the fireplace that we did not find comfortable (could just be our preference), and then went into another hot tub…so essentially, we did hot tubs, chilled in the pods for a bit, enjoyed a sauna for a bit and then waited in line before going into another hot tub.I think this spa has potential to be lovely. The issues we had were that the only things that could contain a busy day for this spa is the hot tubs and two sauna’s, which it arguably doesn’t have enough variety of either of the amenities to justify the cost for what is available. The appeal of this spa is the other available treatments which only have room for 3-5 people at a time and people enjoy for upwards of..who knows how long, long enough to fall asleep and snore apparently. In order to make these amenities available for all guests I would recommend having a 15-20 minute limit, or reducing capacity in order to improve the experience of guests. Would also like to see larger cups for things like tea and water as the current sizes are the sample sizes, this is neither satisfying, nor kind to the environment. The space was absolutely not silent, especially in the hot tubs.Likely won’t try again for the price as all I had access to was the baths, and I would not pay again with just a hope that I’d get to experience the other therapies available. If you’re lucky to have checked the spa out on a not busy day I imagine it is a nice experience, I’m greatly disappointed that was not my and my friends experience

Was unsure what to expect here, but was looking for something less busy than some of the other spas around Ottawa. I was going by myself during the day so was really looking for a relaxing atmosphere.The massage was lovely. Michelle was kind and thorough. Yes there was some outside noise but its in the middle of the city, it's to be expected.The facilities were lovely. Definitely some different spaces from other spas. They have really utilized their space well, everything reels open and smells great.I really enjoyed the adherence to silence. It was so peaceful. The lack of alcohol service is probably a big factor and I hope they keep this policy, as well as the timed entries. Overall, not the choice if you want to go with a group of friends to have some drinks on a hot tub. But if you want a relaxing afternoon in a space where you can just be quiet, this is a wonderful option. Will be back!

Wow ! I came to this place a bit skeptical, I have been to a few spa’s around the Ottawa/Gatineau area and it has always been either rowdy, bad service and not relaxing at all just like a money grab . This place blew my mind , from the first time you walk-in you feel the peace and the calmness of the place.Smells delicious and staff were very helpful, kind , professional and respectful. I like the fact that they try to move the flow of people with the times. You don’t see anyone spending the whole day there just to chill and hang on with their friends, everybody was there to relax and enjoy the time they had . Facilities were cleaned and lots of room to relax, take naps and just enjoy the moment.I did the 3hrs with a facial , the only part I did not like is that I didn’t really enjoyed the 3hrs I paid for thermal experience as I had to use one of those hours to go and do my facial . So it was kind of 2hrs plus a facial and paid pretty much the regular price for 3hrs with a facial so saved 6$ doing the facial .Also the description of the facial on their website wasn’t accurate at the end it says “you get a eyebrow touch-up with wax is also included” , never got this on my facial or even was told anything about it , so maybe they need to remove that from their site .I recommend just go and do the thermal experience that’s it . 2hrs weren’t enough so at the end I felt a bit rushed to get to my facial . I got there at 12pm then my facial was at 2pm so that part really sucked but for the rest I loved this place . I hope they keep up the good quality of what they have right now .

This is a great place to go to relax. We went on a Saturday and it was not crowded and there is literally someone walking around to ensure you keep it down. If you are looking for a discipline quiet relaxing spa this is it. The highlight was the saunas and massage chairs but most other warm pools are normal. Price is much better than other spas so it’s worth a visit.No phones allowed in the main spa area so I didn’t get any pics.
