Jean is an amazing naturopath. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after a session with her, and it stays with me. I love her homemade natural healing remedy for pain. After trying massage, chiropractor and physiotherapy I've found something that works to heal the entire body. It's such a relaxing environment, everyone needs to have this experience at least once! Reflexology with lymphatic drainage is absolutely amazing. The fatigue I had been feeling disappeared and I had a great nights sleep. My energy level is boosted again and I feel relaxed and peaceful. I have been receiving distance Reiki since early January. Distance Reiki has helped me tremendously with settling my emotions, allowing me to feel much more lighter in the chest area and able to breathe much easier. There are even subtle changes as if suddenly I feel like I am walking taller.I highly recommend Jean as she is very compassionate and comfortable to talk to.It is quite amazing how Reiki works even if you are 10 hours away!
