Merrickville Estates

Timing is everything. Last year we were looking to find a place to live, work, and play in a less frenetic pace than we had been used to. We happened to find Merrickville Estates and it fit the bill perfectly. We found a gorgeous lot with 2 acres of green space to build a home on, lots of trails to walk, close to big centers in Ottawa and Montreal for easy travel access and the incomparable town of Merrickville. Living in the Estates is a great place to work, live, enjoy outdoors, and just chill with a G&T in the backyard. The only thing we are missing is a boat to launch in the Rideau Canal, 5 minutes from here. Unfortunately, that wasn't included with the house. LOLHard place to beat.

These guys are the best. It was my first time purchasing a house and they walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Buying my first home was a very exciting time for me.
