I just used the bathroom here and was grossed out with all the dried diarrhea all along the bottom side and edge of toilet seat.What really upset me is that when I mentioned it to the fellow behind counter he made excuses and didn't seem to care. Disgusting.

Pumps are too close together. Staff gets confused very easily. BCAA discounts are not applied accurately. Disappointing since the renovation made it look like it was going to be better than previous visits.

Although I personally do not fuel up at Shell, the staff at the store itself are fantastic. I came in once, and saw they had some Cherry Coke and Vanilla Coke, and asked the cashier what the price was. As it was over $12 a case I said that I would put them back, and I didn't think I wanted to pay that much. He asked me what I wanted to pay, and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable price. I appreciated that interaction, and the fact that the dude was interested in making the sale and keeping me as a customer, even at the cost of some short term loss of profit. I recommend shopping for candy here!
