Stayed here for a year. The apartment is in a very convenient location: multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stops within a 200 m radius! My unit was spacious with plenty of natural lighting. In-suite laundry set is an added bonus. Maintenance was prompt and staff were friendly. Completely worth the price!

Westhaven have been amazing to both my wife and I.Any time there has been any issue it's been resolved incredibly quickly. We had an issue with our washing machine; we called and when we came home the following day they had installed a brand new one for us.Jennifer and her team are great to work with, if your looking for a place to stay on the west side that's super close to a supermarket and all kinds of good stuff it's the place to be.Neighbors have been great; no disturbances or anything.The price we paid for a 3 bedroom townhouse with the amenities we have at our disposal is very reasonable.

I have been at Westhaven for over 4 years now and I love living here. The neighbours on my floor are great and friendly. Quiet, and I feel totally safe in this building.The office staff are wonderful and if you need anything fixed they are on it super quick. That goes a long way with me and where I rent from. I work south but continue living on the Westside simply because I feel at home with WestHaven.If you are looking for a great place to rent, this would be it.

My family and I have lived here for years and we have had a great experience! We love being close to the grocery store and park, and the staff are very friendly! Maintenance is also very quick at fixing any maintenance issues!

Lived here from 2015 until 2022 when I was forced out due to fire related water damage. I liked my unit so much that I'm planning to move back in as soon as the apartment is restored. It's been almost 3 months being homeless but the quality of the building, the nearness to grocery stores and the always available and helpful staff make the wait worth it. I am so looking forward to moving back in. The building is safe, quiet and as others have said, the insuite laundry is a definite bonus. Great maintenance staff and repairs are made quickly and without any fuss. I can't recommend Westhaven enough. Five stars for sure.

The initial application process can be painful at times, but once you get through that it's smooth sailing.The units are spacious, and having a dishwasher, and insuite laundry at that price was better than the majority of other rentals in Lethbridge.Maintenance was quick to respond to requests, and the management company actually put in work on the buildings. The roofs of all the buildings were redone, and the parking lot was repaired while I lived here.The proximity to grocery stores and major transit routes were also a plus when it came to living here.

Lived here for 9 years and the service here became worse and worse. Building was plagued with water issues and there were weekly leaks and shutoffs that took years for the owners to finally fix the pipes. After the pipes were repaired shotty drywall repair work left unsightly repairs in the hallways and suites. Garbage bins were too small and often overflowed with garbage before pickup day. Winter snow removal has also become less and less a priority and at times the parking lot becomes dangerously icy. Any complaint to management was met with “its up to management in seattle, there is nothing we can do.” Don’t rent from these corporate scumbags, look for a local landlord.

My elderly sister rented a unit for two years here. Maintenance guy (Mike) was wonderful - can't say enough good stuff about him, friendly too. Staff were very friendly. She had to move out as she needed a care home and only spent 3 months of the 12 months the lease was for last year. Comes the walk-through for the damage deposit and I felt robbed. This person (Dianne) who works there has a very inhospitable attitude. I hired a cleaner to come in to clean the apartment. Ðianne charged me $75 because the oven was not up to her specifications (it's probably a fossil on top of it). Then she charges $50 to clean the inside of the washing machine???? There was no mess there that I saw. Oh yes and $20 for labor. So much for trying to leave a clean apartment. Should have left the mess it was in before, complete with junk, and let them fix it up for $250. At least I'd have gotten my money's worth. And Dianne (with her attitude) should get a job where people are not involved. The 1 star is mainly for Mike (who should get 5 by himself) and the other staff who were at least FRIENDLY! Want to know why their damage deposit is so low? They have NO intention of ever giving it back.

I have been a resident for almost three years. Staff is amazing but I do have some concerns. When I moved in we had small potholes which have turned into large potholes which are hard on low vehicles and are dangerous. I also slipped and fell because of these potholes this past fall. On my building they put a temporary step in going outside which does not have the right slant or size. My shopping cart which is full is hard to up and over also I’ve had to help someone in a motorized wheelchair get in the building. Rents get increased but we don’t see any visible improvement on the site. These seem to all be safety issues. I have voiced my concerns to management but their hands are tied. The area is great, close to all amenities. Great community, great neighbours. Overall a great place to live.Virginia Patterson

I've been at Westhaven for 5 years and they've been excellent to me. The neighbors have also been incredibly friendly, and non-disruptive - In my whole time at Westhaven I've never been disturbed once by the tenants.The staff were very attentive as well, whenever I put in a service ticket it got solved as soon as they could. They would also leave goodies on the door during the holiday season - it's a small thing but a very, VERY nice touch.My only regret was that I wished I had left a review earlier.
