The best customer service I have received in a long time! From the moment we walked in, Cory was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helped us find the right sectional and fire pit for us within our budget. He also proposed cheaper alternatives at competitor's stores, but we decided to go with Crush because of the superior quality. We are extremely happy with our experience and the honesty and authenticity. Now we wait for the furniture to arrive!

I stumbled upon this store while I was in the area. To my surprise the furniture offering they had was second to none. The staff were helpful but not overbearing. I was appreciative they gave me the time I needed to make a good decision for our outdoor space. The furniture has now arrived and looks great. I would highly recommended this to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable service for all your outdoor needs.

Cory, Courtney, and the team at CRUSH are true pros who know their stuff. Just had a large custom awning installed on time, with zero issues. We're delighted with the product. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went looking online for outdoor dining table, chairs, bar chairs, pool loungers and sofa/club chairs furniture. We really like RH furniture at Yorkdale location but the price was out of whack. We saw good reviews on Crush and decided to check them out. We worked through Cory who was fantastic. He was very thorough in understanding our needs and issues as well as layout of the backyard landscape. We met several times with him and was never pushy and always looking at the best solution for us. Overall we made the purchase and will be receiving the furniture near the end of May when our landscape project is complete. Furniture seems sturdy and comparable to a degree of RH but less then half the price!!! I’ll provide another review once delivery is made and a few months after use. So again get in touch with Cory he’ll take great care of you!

Highly recommend Crush Outdoor to anyone. We had an amazing experience and love our new outdoor lounge furniture! We were helped by Shawn - he was so helpful! He seemed to know the entire catalogue by heart including the models, customization options and even measurements!! He came up with ideas for our space too. The furniture is high quality and looks extremely elegant.

Just purchased a dining and seating set-gorgeous cabana coast set. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. The sales manager was fantastic, so helpful. Beautiful showroom. We shopped around and by far this was the best place to see the various product lines. Highly recommend taking a look.

We came here looking for a quality outdoor set after our existing set from a big box store started falling apart after a few years. Lots of furniture models available to see in their showroom. Good for getting a sense of the comfort between the different sets. All the products are sturdy, good quality sets. We had checked out another outdoor furniture shop in the same area and Crush was a way better experience!! The staff there were friendly and informative without being pushy for the sale. Highly recommended!

Just bought a 3 seater couch and 2 club chairs. They arrived in the promised time frame. Customer service by 3 different people was fantastic! No high pressure sales here. Very informed about their products. 200 fabrics to choose from. I highly recommend this store.
