Panago Pizza

Very disappointing experience. I have ordered from this location at least 5 or 6 times and every single time, there is an issue. The first time was missing dips, then it was a missing drink, then it was a missing topping, then it was incorrect change given back to me, and finally, the delivery driver forgot to give me a the chicken bites than came with the meal. Also, the salad was incredibly small for $8...not worth it at all. One time when I picked up my pizza order in person, i double checked to make sure everything was there. Some dips and drinks were missing, so I went back to correct it. I handed the order back to them to fix it, and then they gave it back to me including the missing items. I opened the order again, and it was still wrong! I can't say I will be ordering from Panago again. Hopefully the staff can put a bit more effort into ensuring that every single part of the order is included.

It's super close to where i live, so it makes Panago super convenient for quick suppers. I love their vegan pizzas, vegan cheese bread, vegan tenders, and impossible nuggets. Being so close is always hot by the time I get it home.

I’d rate this location zero stars if I could. We ordered pizzas for a birthday two weeks ago and they were terribly made with little to no cheese or toppings. They swore it was a mistake… well here is my pizza tonight. Does this look like an acceptable amount of cheese?? They are so cheap with toppings.

I'm positive the girl at the counter thinks the purpose of wearing gloves is to keep her hands clean and not for food safe purposes. She kept her gloves on the whole time I was in there and I paid cash, then she went right back to work without changing gloves. No second chances with something so simple. Don't even get me started on the fact I asked for 12pm pickup and when I got there they hadn't even started my order and the oven was empty. Zero stars

We came to Victoria for our Vacation. I am a loyal customer for Panago Pizza. We ordered a XL Pizza last night, but you could barely find any topping on it. It was my worst experience. I do not know who is managing this location since they have many complaints.

Almost $30 for one pizza, and they still manage to give me the wrong pizza, one with toppics I realy don't like, apparently my fault because I didn't check until I got home.Medicore pizza at best in the first place, but figured its easier" to go there... yea well maybe not... might as well go to Standard Pizza or anywhere else - basically the same price and hugely better pizza anyway."

I'm a, well was a long time customer and now unless I tip them, they don't add the full extra amount of toppings that I pay for...LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR!!If you expect anything other than below average pizza, don't order from here. They are cheapskates.

Usually my order is ready exceptionally quick, under 10 minutes. Bonus that I can collect More Rewards Points as well. Very happy they moved closer to downtown!

I walked in, ordered a Canadian personal pizza and it was ready in 5 min. The toppings were all the way covering the crust so it was filling. Lots of cheese and fresh mushrooms, not canned. For under 8 dollars, I must say I'm very impressed. The Vancouver location gets a gold star.
