Great quick service. Anja is phenomenal! She knows how to cut color and get rid of those split ends. She is a Master of her trade. Her years in the business is displayed with her techniques and skills. She has been an owner overseas so she is a world renowned Cosmetologist. I will definitely go back to see her again.

I do not recommend them. Daughter went in to get a perm and they had her sign a waver because her hair was colored 2 months ago and not responsible if her hair gets ruined. That's fine and I agree with that. She got her perm and it turned flat not a curl from the perm. She didn't wash her hair as required. She ringed it and still no curls. We called them up and they said they would fix it for another $80. Why in the HELL would I pay them another $80 it should be free!!!I should see if bbb should be notified?

Bought my wife a pedicure, she had a VERY disappointing experience! My wife reports: Staff polite but lacked experience/thoroughness, salon not 'set up' for doing pedicures, chair she sat on was small and uncomfortable, no dryers for her nails once done. She won't be going back for pedicure here! :-(

I got my lashes done with Sarah. She did a great job, she took her time, so they looked full, she had a really nice personality too. The salon itself is very nice, very clean. I'm glad this place is close to home.

While the staff was friendly, my haircut consultation was done while my hair was plopped wet on top of my head. I described my thoughts but said I was open to suggestions (as I was cutting a substantial amount of length). My request was that the length stay around my shoulder blades. That was the end of the consultation and she began to cut. I left with my hair cut above the top of my shoulders and not even (I did mention that it seemed crooked but I was afraid to have more cut). The stylist could have had an opportunity to sell additional services as I had mentioned all the past color and that I was needing a change and open to suggestions (not one suggestion was given).

Scheduling service is infuriating. Appts not cancelled after calling to cancelwas told you missed your appt". Rescheduled said appt when the last one was cancelled but told a week later that you don't have an appt and the appt was booked by someone else. Called AGAIN to try to make another appt and was offered an 11:30 only to be booked for a 12:30. Total confusion leading to lack of needed services. What a mess!!! Will finish my package and find somewhere else.Update: This mess continues. I bought a massage package with Chelsea only to be told about halfway through that she "no longer works here". Made an appt with someone else. Showed up for my appt and was told she was sick. Rescheduled that appt and was called and told "she no longer works here" and I'd need to reschedule. Only option left to reschedule was a male and a lady who "only works some days because she's coming back from leave". If I didn't have a package to use up I'd have been gone long ago."

Such a beautiful place. My stylist was absolutely wonderful! Definitely will be back!

I don't get my hair cut or colored very often. So walking into my appointment I was a little nervous of what could be done with my mess! I left it to my stylist to do what she thought would look good.. Cassandra did a wonderful job! When all was said and done left with a beautiful balayage and cut! Thank you!

His and Hers is such a great salon and spa. The stylists/estheticians are second to none, they are talented, fun and positive. I always enjoy my time there.
