Park & Go - Tsawwassen Ferries

I parked there for two days, the service was ok, but the problem was someone tried to break into my vehicle, now my key entry is all damaged and unusable ..on the positive note, they never gained entry.

If I could rate it less, I would. Arrived and parked to a locked and empty building, nobody would answer the phone number provided on the door. Had to drive and park at the terminal itself after waiting and trying multiple times. Still ended up 2 minutes late to buy a ticket for my ferry. I used to be a regular customer at the old location but unfortunately won’t be trusting them again in the future

Very pleasant people to deal with. Very cost effective compared to ferry terminal parking. I will use park n go from now on whenever I walk on the ferry.They were 15 minutes late for the pick up, so prepare to be patient.

Very friendly front desk staff and shuttle driver! Paved lot (no longer the gravel lot along the hiway, shares a lot with the water slides) office is very dated and also the office for the RV park, just a wide open waiting space on a rainy day. But cute local crafts for purchase :) Reasonable rates ($13/day)

We dropped our vehicle off at their lot and after a 20 minute wait the shuttle driver took us to the ferry terminal. The driver told us to call the number on the back of our receipt when we get back to the terminal on our return and he would come get us. We called the number numerous times when we returned to the mainland. There was no answer and his message mailbox was full as well. We were not the only people left stranded at the terminal by the shuttle service. We had to get a taxi to take us to the dark parking lot to retrieve our vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS PARK & GO....They leave you stranded in the dark at the terminal.In the past I always used the gravel park and go lot adjacent to this location. I never had a problem with their service, it was excellent!

Super duper ! Very personal, no long walks to car, reasonable rate and right to terminal. I thought i may be on a later ferry than their operating hours, they said don't worry

Just returned from Victoria after our huge winter storm to find that my car had been cleaned of snow and the back area shovelled out so I could back out. I am a senior and arrived late due to ferry delays. I am so appreciative of their care and thoughtfulness.

The free shuttle wont pick you up if you are coming after 8:30 pm.Only on Sundays it runs late.Even Cabs weren’t available to get to the parking lot from ferry terminal.Walking wasn’t an option as its an hour away.Legends say I am still at the ferry terminal trying to figure out how to get to this parking lot.

The driver was really nice and personable. The van was comfy and great. And lots of parking available.But.We showed up with plenty of time. The office was locked with a sign that said be back in ten. She wasn't back in 10. She wasn't back in 20.We pay and get in the shuttle and she is driving while on the phone because she is getting called by everyone at the ferry because she was late picking them up.We got there late. We missed our ferry. The next ferry was cancelled and we had to wait 2 hours.They don't pick up after 9 pm. So we had to take a 15$ taxi back to our car. And because we got to the island two hours late we were later than expected getting home.She was lovely. She really was. And maybe i just caught a bad day with short staffing. But I would never do this again.

You definitely cannot go wrong with using this shuttle service if you are walking on the ferries! Saves you the time and energy from walking from the far end of the parking lot at the ferry terminal, as you get a ride right to the front drop off area. Affordable and a perfect option for when the ferry terminal parking is completely full. They are very punctual and kind. I have noticed lots of reviews on here talking about being stranded at the ferry terminal at night. They make it very clear to call them BEFORE 6pm to arrange for your pickup. You need to do this on the day that you will be returning so they know to be there for you when you arrive. This is very important and everytime I have called before 6pm they have picked up the phone. This is a fantastic service when especially if you listen to the instructions they provide!
