I had a great experience with salesman Mike Maknamara. A piece of our equipment went down and we required a replacement asap. Mike went above and beyond in order to get it to us as fast as possible. They even followed up to confirm we had recieved the shipment. Great work Ifoodequipment.

Think twice before buying anything from this company. They don’t care about the customer and the service provide is the worst that I have already seen. The only focus is on selling the product and forget the customer after that. I have bought an oven and a proofer and after the oven was manufactured and I have payed I have discovered that they didn’t delivery on the ground and I should provide all the stuff to receive the oven. Additionally I discovered from the manufacturer that I must needed a dock to receive it even they knowing that I did not have before I bought the equipment. The only support that I received from them was that I must arrange a way to receive the equipments because i was causing problems to the transportation conpany. They are not transparent and don’t care about customers.

Roxanne was an absolute pleasure to deal with,I was hesitant ordering from a place I've never ordered from before as I am in Winnipeg, Manitoba.She made it easy and reassuring!!Thanks!!

Today, I spoke with Janice Wilson-Leblanc, a customer service representative for iFood Equipment in Moncton, N.B...I would like to publicly thank her for her patience, professionalism, and caring approach with me in regards to my order...Her efforts to ensure that I had he right products was so beneficial to me.. Bob Murphy was my salesman and he provided nothing but exceptional customer service. Always returned calls and answered all my questions. Super easy to accommodate. Best prices for kitchen equipment. Highly recommend!

Somewhat disappointed. Talked to the Saleswoman, and ordered what I needed. Told my things were in stock 2 weeks later. Except for one item. Said that would be another 10 days. That came and went. Then was told everything came in except 1 was back ordered, different item this time. Purchased something else instead. Went to pick up, put in my Truck, but not the way I wanted. Was told he couldn't help me as there was a Truck waiting, even though I was there 1st. Had to have my Wife help me load my truck. After 32 days I received my things. Will not buy anything from this Moncton location again. 5 hr. drive there and back. Wasn't worth the drive dealing with the Warehouse person. Guess spending $2800 didn't warrant a helping hand. Wasn't impressed at all. Only bright spot was Debbie Moore, great help and very knowledgeable. Other employees should take her lead.

We had a good customer service from Peggy and the rest of the team, she found some stainless steel tables that we needed. Unfortunately we had to cancel the order afterwards, but they were not difficult with that and made us a refund.

My compliments go out to the ladies at the front line, Peggy and Roxanne, who were most helpful in solving some issues with return, refund, and warranty of a certain equipment I had purchased from Ifood Equipment. Please, keep up the good work!

Stay away from this company if you don't want to go through what i've gone through. I'm usually easy going generous 5 star review person but this company is absolute 0 star.Long story short. Only stating facts, nothing personalMay 9th - Ordered a small part priced at 143.51+41.98 shipping cost(I was told that shipping usually takes 3-10 business days)After total of 18!!!! emails going back and forth between the Customer Service team (Tanya and Susan) with me begging for tracking number, status of order,May 30th - Got a phone call saying that there was an issue from the supplier and the item has not even been shipped yet.Cancelled the order without hesitation and waiting for refund to come in- Gone through so much hassle- Late response on emails (They said due to short staffs and call-in sicks)- Asked for tracking number several times after placing the order on May 9th, Wasn't able to provide me anything until May 30th. Obviously!!!! Order has never been shipped!!- 21 Calendar days later, I'm told they found out that Supplier in the states had some problem and didn't ship it till now.I am definitely staying away from this company in future and never recommending this company to my other colleagues although few products price seem competitive online. BUT What's good about competitive price, if you can't even get them shipped on time and have to deal with so much hassle :DContact for email threads.
