This store used to be amazing, have everything. But lately the owner has downsized and I think it's because he owner is not caring about his customers.I bought a vape pen there and it didn't work, I tried to return it the same day. I was able to get the owners email and I was asking him for 4 weeks if he could of a return, but he never replied.It was $25. A business owner who cared about his customers would take the L and exhcnage the product.I hope he treats his employees better than his customers

Went to pick up a new carb cap and banger today, and the staff was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable ,nice, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.Great place , great people.

I bought this armour vape six days ago. The coil turns on randomly when you turn it on. The paint starting chipping after carrying in my pocket and its poorly designed obviously easy to separate. Held by friction. I always knew this stores owner was cheap. No returns or exchanges. I'll take my money elsewhere.

We couldn't find a listing for your Aldergrove store we visited. Great glass selection, awesome price range for every budget!! Found a cool piece to replace the one I smashed today. Haha! Nice staff. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Used to come here a lot for years, seems to have gone extremely downhill.Bought a vape battery, which was broken/dead on arrival.Been trying 4 weeks to contact Adrian the owner get a refund. No response. Staff wasn't helpful at all.Avoid this store at all cost. The way the owner treats customers is appalling.He sold me a broken vape, and I cannot do anything. What a waste of money and time.Avoid the headache and go somewhere else. Adrian the owner is a scammer.

first time being at this location, worker (macailey seabrook) decided to deny me services and kick me out. reasons; immature conflict from past which she cannot get over- losing this company money, she had the audacity to assume my age and call me a minor; without asking/verifying my id (i’m 19), lastly loosing her cool inappropriately in front of customers. extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to this establishment.
