RONA Uxbridge

We are a local design and construction company and Rona is our go to store. The customer service is fantastic, everyone is always very helpful! The selection is great. Highly recommend!

When I entered the store..it was like I was in a college common room, about 8 staff I there early 20s. I'm not being negative .Just an observation. On the downside, when I went to the yard to my purchases, again 4 or 5 young staff. NONE of whom wanted to help me and the oldest staff member. The items I bought were almost 100lbs each, so I was not impressed by yard staff as they all just hung around the gatehouse .Finally yard boss came over, only to grab the ticket of the staff member helping me.

Very disappointed with the service we never received while we had paid for it. Ordered a countertop and they said it will be installed in 2-3 weeks and no measurements are required as we have already measured our cabinets ourselves. We follow up 2 weeks after to find out there will be a delay and the countertop will be in the store after another 2 weeks and we have to call someone the next day to schedule installation. The next day another employee tells us measurements ARE needed and they have to schedule a visit. The day after they say no your countertop is already cut and not measurements are needed and call us later to schedule installation !! I don't know what happened to the urgency of measuring they were talking about. Then we called a day later to schedule installation and the same lady tells us oh no sorry! your countertop is NOT cut and it will not be in the store for the next few weeks and you are welcome to ask for a refund!!! are you kidding me?? do you know how inconsiderate your are in treating customers? It's not like I am adding an accessory to my living room. It's my kitchen you guys are joking about. I am really sorry I set foot in this store to order my countertop. This has been an awful experience.

No Home Depot in town. but this place has most everything I need. It also has a friendly local family business vibe which is always nice. Very helpful and the staff seem happy to be working there.

Was a little disappointed here , couldn't find some basic wood supplies we were looking for. I realize its small town center but I wished it offered more.

Very helpful and very friendly stuff. I dealt with Mark, patient and quick with the process, definitely knew what he was doing!

A cute little location. Large building supply yard.They dont always have everything you need, but you can order it in if not in a rush. Relaxed employees were always available to help without being intrusive. I want to give them a 5, but the smaller location leading to lower stock hurts it abit, but i put that more on the town size rather than a RONA issue.My go to store for building supplies.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their prices reflect the fact they are the only building supply store in town
