Best bridal shop I've been! The service is so lovely, the ladies are so willing to help you to find the perfect dress for your special day!I found my wedding dress here and I am so so so pleased! They have a massive selection of wedding dresses from great designers and at decent prices!Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect wedding dress xxx

Today has been an outstanding visit. For context, I most recently got my wedding dress from David’s Bridal and was let down and massively disappointed with them. Bridal Shop has turned this all around for me. Jane was exceptional and I could not have asked for a better service today. I initially emailed the shop and got back helpful and prompt responses. My appointment today was an absolute dream. I am over the moon with the dress I have bought and couldn’t have asked for anymore today. Jane was incredibly supportive, listened to me and helped me to make my decision. The appointment was so smooth. I even nearly cried and I am not an emotional person! I also liked that the other Jane that works at Bridal Shop was excited to see what I had bought and happy for me. Thank you so much. See you in November!

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but I think this is the least I can do for this shop and the ladies that work there! I have been probably the hardest and most indecisive bride to ever walk through their doors, I bought my 1st dress and then the next day I changed my mind and was absolutely devastated, the shop allowed me to go in and try on more dresses and pick a new dress, they made me feel so so comfortable and like nothing was an issue, the manager even came in that day to help me when she was meant to be on annual leave, fast forward 6 months I tried on my new dress once it arrived and again I didn’t like it (I don’t think wedding dresses are for me) the manager was so comforting and even suggested trying on even more dresses because they wanted me to be as happy as I possible could, they were even looking after my baby on 2 occasions like it wasn’t a problem at all. I can’t recommend this shop enough, every single lady that works in there are absolutely amazing, warm and so friendly. I definitely didn’t have this same experience in previous shops that I had visited.

The Girls are amazing ! Especially Jane! Super helpful they’ve help me to find the perfect dress for me with no issues considering the complicated last minute arrangements.Absolute love the dress couldn’t be happier!Thanks very much

The choices in this shop are endless and I have never felt so looked after! Jane was so helpful letting me try on so many dresses and offering helpful tips on how we can slightly alter the dresses should I wish. Lena (the seamstress) done an absolutely cracking job and was sooo speedy too when a last minute alteration needed doing which she done whilst I waited at my final fitting. I cannot fault their service and would/have been recommending the shop to any future bride. Thank you Jane & all!

I could not recommend the team at the Bridal Shop, Romford, any more than I already have.They were phenomenal and so helpful when helping me choose my wedding dress, and I'm so excited to see the final product!They always communicate, and are always kind and greet you with a smile. Which was great, because I was so nervous and had no idea what I was looking for!I couldn't have asked for a better experience when choosing my wedding dress!

I loved it the ladies were very helpful & put me at ease as it happens I bought the 1st dress I tried on but they advised me to try some more on which I did but I still ended up buying the 1st one! I love it I can't wait for my wedding in May xx

I couldn't recommend this place enough! I left wedding dresses shopping for really last minute and they were still able to help me. Ladies are amazing, they made me feel special. My mind was set on A-line dress but wanted to try mermaid style just to confirm that is definitely not for me, and it was THE ONE. Me and my best friend were impressed with the girls and passion that they showed us. Also, my self confidence level went way above that what it used to be.Thank you❤️Would strongly recommend to every bride to be.

If you want expert advice that works with your vision…go to the Bridal Shop! Rebecca was a dream, but to be honest, all the ladies are lovely in there and my guess is you’ll be in great hands regardless.

Amazing experience for my first time trying on dresses, the lady who helped me was amazing- she also helped my sister last year. Wide range of dresses, lots of accessories to choose from too. After about an hour, I made a decision on my wedding dress, which was one of the dresses she picked and felt incredible. Service was excellent, cost as expected, so patient and very knowledgeable- definitely know the trade!!! Thank you so much! X
