Has neat products. I have two cats. Some of the product is cheaper elsewhere. Good dog cookies ! Locally baked. Dog friends love them ❤.Great customer service here. If you dont see what you like, ask the counter staff. They may be able to order what you need. I gave 4 stars only because some product is a bit higher priced. I still shop here though, great variety and everyone is super friendly.

We're delighted by your washing room for dogs. It's brilliant. We saved more than 100 CAD. The room is designed very comfortable for Pet and the owner. No back pain after washing, conditioning and drying. All shampooing and snacks are included.Thank you for such opportunity❤️

I thought that my dogs' food was from the other store but then realized it was from Pet Valu at around 8:50pm. I was very worried because I had run out of my dog food at home. The person who answered the phone told me he would wait until I arrive when I phoned. After I gave a short description of the dog food I was looking for, the staff had it already prepared before I arrived at the shop. A big thank you to the two employees who were on shift tonight for waiting for me and ensuring that my dogs wouldn't go hungry tomorrow!

I have been a regular customer for 3 years now. I love this store! The owners are so nice and kind! And the staff they hire are outstanding! All the staff there is so nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable of their products. I enjoy getting points and a free bag of food every 13 bags purchased. Excellent customer acknowledgment! I love supporting a local business. keep up the great work guys!

Nadia from Royal oak location gave great service. I called to see if they had a bike leash which she found and put on hold so I could come in and get it. Prompt and efficient service. I appreciate people who know how to do their job and are polite when doing it.

UPDATE:I have heard back from the management - thank you for your quick response.There is no need to offer a gift, but I do appreciate the gesture.I am more concerned with the training of staff in customer service, and I value your assurance that this has been addressed.Thank you.Been shopping here for 4 years, since I moved into neighbourhood. Very disappointed tonight.Went in to make a quick $10 purchase and sat in front of till for 5 full minutes, while salesperson proceeded to focus on only other customer in store, who was still deciding on a number of purchases.My presence wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff member, let alone getting an assurance that they would be with me shortly.I have been in customer service for 10 years, and when there are others waiting - especially at the till - there is no reason you can’t tell ‘deciding’ customer’ that while they look at what they want for a moment, you will answer other customers’ quick questions or handle a quick payment.I put my purchases back, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The store owners and staff at this location are wonderful, they are so kind and willing to take the time to talk to you about your pet issues.The self dog wash is really great to have as it helped a great deal in training my puppy to like baths. The store is always so clean, & well stocked. Great people, great store. Thank you for all you do from me & Mr. Obi Magoo!!
