Did not honour $200 gift card, avoided responding to my e-mails until after the card had expired. Overall very unprofessional with communications.Me and my family used to be customers, would no longer recommend.Response to comment:I’m sorry but you’re not telling the truth here. The gift card was purchased for my birthday in January of 2022, not 3 years ago (I can provide you with a receipt of the transaction from my mother-in laws credit card if you don’t believe me). I contacted you multiple times starting January 17 of this year. You initially responded to me right away but after seeing the gift card you stopped all communications with me and did not reply to any of my emails. Instead you conveniently chose to wait until February 1st to respond, the day it expired. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed your services in the past which is what makes this unprofessionalism so disappointing and upsetting.

Within the first few mentoring appointments I had with Ashley my outlook and approach to life evolved dramatically. Ashley's loving guidance, inspirational teaching practices and spiritual healing modalities have been a transformative force in my life. Now that my husband and I have entered into exploring Tantra under Ashley's tutelage, we cannot be more grateful for the gifts she has given us!

As a beginner, I was nervous to join a yoga class. I found Ashley's one on one classes were perfect. She was amazing at making me feel comfortable and capable and I completely exceeded my own expectations with Ashley's help. I have also enjoyed her pedicure ritual and facial. Balance at the spa has the most comfortable, grounded vibe. I absolutely I love it here and highly recommend!

I had a beautiful relaxation massage and facial from Ashley. I left with my skin glowing and feeling very relaxed. The thing I love about Ashley is that she doesn’t use any chemicals at all. There are a lot of ‘natural’ products out there that still have carcinogens in them - but Ashley uses pure 100% natural products. Love that!Her space is warm and inviting and has great vibes!

Grateful to have crossed paths with Ashley. I admire her ability to express all of her colors; her passionate and heart felt speaking, as well as her ability to softly and safely hold space for people interested in developing a closer relationship with their bodies. Loved the ceremonial circles, the chanting and the guided meditations were transformative. Keep being amazing and full of life my friend.

There’s not much to say other than Ashley gives the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She’s friendly, professional, and welcoming. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. I’ve been for many massages with her and not once have I left disappointed. I’m very picky and have a lot of muscle and disc problems from many years of sports and she finds every issue and relieves all of my pain. Thanks Ash, keep up the great work. Be back soon for sure!

Amazing! I went for my first aromatherapy massage at Balance and it was a lovely experience! Ashley is very skilled in her massage therapy services and you can tell how passionate she is about her field of work just by speaking with her! She's very friendly and has an inviting atmosphere where you feel relaxed and comfortable. She made the massage table comfortable for me with tons of pillows as I'm 38 weeks pregnant! Way above and beyond, I definitely recommend Ashley for any service!
