Are you crazy for Timbiebs? Let’s be real!! I am not too keen on this. Just that I feel the hype so I bought a box of 10 assorted Timbiebs to try. I am not a big fan of Timbits, but they were just $3.19. Why not? Flavour-wise, they were almost the same as Timbits. The Timbiebs have three flavours - Chocolate white fudge, Sour cream Chocolate chip, and Birthday cake waffle. Birthday cake waffle much tasted like the glazed Timbit with some sprinkles. Chocolate white fudge tasted the exact the same as a chocolate timbits. The Sour cream chocolate chip tasted like sour cream glazed timbit with slight white chocolate crumble. Birthday cake waffle was ended up liking the most. I get the feeling that the public like this one the most

-the Chinese lady kept interrupting us the whole time while ordering, has zero customer service experience whatsoever. Did not let us finish our sentences and told us she doesnt know how to make the new drink.-We ordered 4 hot coffees and they were all marked up with crayon leaving black residue on our hands-We ordered the new caramel toffee latte, but i wanted it iced and i KNOW i said it iced. She proceeded to tell me i was lying even though my sister and my mother both heard me. i tell her okay if you don’t have the iced version of the caramel toffee latte, then i will get the caramel toffee cold brew. Proceeds to tell me they don’t have it and and both her and her coworker yells at me to pick one. Then talks bad about us in Chinese when MY FAMILY AND I ARE CHINESE AND UNDERSTAND.-ordered 4 sandwiches, Shoves all of them into one paper bag, as we are about to leave the paper bag ripped because it was too full and the sandwiches fell onto the floor. Sloppy and lazy packaging job.-Ordered 20 timbits and never received them.- Lady rushed through everything and didn’t take the time to double check her order. rushed us and yelled at us.i refuse to pay for this type of service ever again.

Went through the drive thru during a downpour of rain. Cashier was having difficulty with understanding our order, resulting in our car interior getting soaked. Ordered two bagels. Both were fresh and prepared correctly. Coffee was hot and unlike other locations, black coffees are given with a cup sleeve. This location (and most other locations) could definitely benefit from a canopy both over the order screen and the drive thru window.

I come to this place often. the asian lady in the morning isn't right. she always waits gor my payment to go through. but doesn't do that with other customers. not saying she's racist but totally discrimination is a factor. not going here no more. always messes with me and my morning. And I tell her I hope you do this to everyone""

I ordered a cup of extra large hot chocolate and paid 10 cents for an empty cup by drive through. The lady gave me a dirty lid and I asked for a clean one. But the lady was so inpatient and explained to me that it was clean and it was just some coffee stain ,blah blah and said goodby to me immediately . As a customer, I felt she was so rude to me because I did nothing wrong. Once I parked my car, I found my extra large hot chocolate was almost 1/3 short. It was never happened before I ordered any hot chocolate from any other Tims .

We ordered a Boston cream donut and found that the chocolate had melted after just 5 minutes. We're really disappointed. Hope this could be solved in the future.

They always have great snacks and sweet things, but the only problem they have no other options for milk except regular milk...I'm really think that it's time to add almond milk or oatmeal milk. It's a big & national company...

Staff is not train properly. They just put my order at cashier. And without calling out the number or my name. I ask someone at the order pickup counter, they ask me to go to the cashier instead of getting my order for me.Also, they close the cashier, saying that they are understaffed, but there were 4 of them working. They only allow customers have car to order.
