OK Tire

There isn't high enough star rating to give to Kayley hopefully I spelled her name right. From the first phone call to book the appointment to the last thing of paying the invoice 162 percent amazing. I have been in the business for over 30 years I am very impressed on how well manor and courteous she is. I called 10 other shops in North Bay and nobody could fit me in sooner then 2 weeks, and Kayley so helpful right way booked me in for the time I need and also got me in sooner because the truck got there sooner. Thank you so much for the amazing service from Kayley and her team.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful, especially Dan. I have had service here multiple times and will continue to go back.

5 Star is simply not enough for these guys, ordered 4 new tires and the service is 2nd to none!! highly recommend this tire shop , if i could i would give a 10 star!!!

They were nice and gave me a free tire assessment. They didnt give me a copy though and that would have gotten me a refund.

The man I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and informative. He was very friendly and personable. However, the company tried to over change me big time with a near $4000 bill. A lot of what they said needed to be done, did not. Infact, it seemed they manufactured a problem where none existed by raising my torsion bars too high in the front, (which cost me $55) then stated that the back springs needed to be replaced, which in turn meant that they had to do all the breaks, and rotors as well. They said the drums had a 90% chance of needing to be pounded off and would run me another near $700. I got them off easily. All in all only 2 things were correct in what needed to be done, my front breaks, and my upper left ball joint. Which I was able to fix on my own for less than $300. Very unhappy with them.

I like this place so far. Cheerful réception.I went in to get a quotes on winter tires.Girl on réception got me qoyres very quickly and showed me a few tires she had qouted me.I end up calling today, to ask about one of the brand she was recommending and I got Phil and he was just as amazing ordered my tires book to have them on in two days thats amazing. Basically same day tires show up. ;) also took my payment right there over the phone it was beautiful. Can't wait for friday;)

Took my truck in for service after I broke down. They told me I needed an engine replacement and that it would cost 14,000$. After getting a second opinion at True Centre they determined the issue was with a valve spring and repaired it no problem. Oh and 230$ for diagnostic? Really…

My car was in rough shape and was unsafe to drive, ended up costing a lot to repair but the staff did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done. Not from North Bay so wasn't sure where to get a mechanic until I found this place. They're really well informed and always tell you what needs to be done at your interest, not theirs. This place is amazing! My car drives beautifully now.
