Great experience. I got a new iPhone XS Max from here at a very great deal with 15% off on monthly bills. I tried at almost every freedom mobile location in lower mainland to get iPhone XS Max but nobody had the gold color at that time but employees here managed somehow to get me the iPhone on exact same day. The customer service at this location was also pretty good as compared to other stores. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for freedom mobile.

Great experience & service here from Justice. He was very helpful in the upgrade of my new phone and was patient and a thorough with all questions. He was extremely knowledgable and made it a very smooth transition. Best service I've had from Freedom.

The girl working here is nice and helpful, but that doesn’t earn my stars for this greedy, anti-consumer company. Their customer service is garbage and their coverage is non-existent.Don’t be fooled by lower-than-average prices, Freedom Mobile will find a way to let you down… you might even wish you paid twice as much for a different provider.

Hands down 5 out of 5 stars (would give 8 stars if it were possible).The store manager, JoJo is very knowledgeable and friendly. Best sales and post sales experience I've had for buying a new smartphone. Would highly recommend this location and ask for JoJo for details on the most current promotions.

The store manager here helped me gift my wife today an iPhone 13 along with the greatest plan of all time.She was super patient to find me the exact package that I was looking for and addressed all our needs and answered all my questions.Also I appreciate all of the calculations that she did for us so that I can clearly understand what to expect from our plan.Just an impeccable customer service and she deserves an award for customer service of the year.Thank you Lansdowne Freedom again for your service.From Tom

Never ever go this site for any service, if you would like to try their terrible attitudes and rude service. These two guys would surprise you once you go inquire their plans, they might hide your sim card and force you to buy their package, if you refuse, they will come out from the booth to browbeat you. What you can do is to escape as fast as you can. This was our real experience yesterday.
