Greg got my carpets cleaner than any other company ever has! He takes great care and really works hard at getting all the stains out. Our carpets are 25 years old and were looking pretty rough before he started on them. Highly recommend him!

This guy is an absolute wizard at making carpets look great again! My stairs were so grubby it was easier to keep your shoes on rather than change your socks all the time! Greg came in and wasted no time getting them to look and smell fresh and clean! Thanks for a job well done!

Was very pleased with todays service! Had Greg come in to do my very large wool area carpet which if you have one, you’ll know it’s not easy to have cleaned. Greg not only did an outstanding job On it but he got lots of remaining stains out as well. He allowed time to do a small set of stairs and did some small area carpets by hand ! Greg went above and beyond my expectations... the service was excellent and the quality as my chair and carpets are drying looks outstanding. Truly the best service I’ve ever had .I will definitely use Greg again and I would highly recommend the ONE to anybody looking for a great service and great quality for carpets and upholstery cleaning!

We recently had our carpets and two couches cleaned by Greg. From the start of my initial call to inquire, Greg was professional and friendly!He arrived on time and proceeded to deep clean our entire upstairs/stairs/landing and thoroughly cleaned our couches. One of my couches is white and let me tell you it looks brand new again! I was thrilled with the results. I was concerned the stains would not come out.Our living room and family room carpets look and feel fresh and clean too. All dog hair and smell has disappeared. Our carpets are fluffy and feel great too.We would use The One Carpet again and recommend his services to our friends and family. Ps I already have!

We had our carpet cleaned about two weeks ago - and I still can't believe my eyes every time I enter my bedroom! It's so bright, it's so clean, just as if it was renewed!There were other tenants living in this apartment before us, and they had a dog that left a lot of ugly stains on the carpet - and ALL the stains got removed! And the smell is so nice, you don't even feel there's carpet (no musty smell left at all!). But the best part was the speed - Greg cleaned it in about 20 min - and he was gone before we could even notice him.However, there was a really bad stain that didn't want to go out - and Greg had to come back to get us rid of it, but the second time he was done in SECONDS!! Just applied a bit of spray on it and scrubbed it with a brush.Such a professional! The work was worth every cent!Gonna come back for Greg's service again whenever we move in another apartment!
