What a cool place - is not fancy inside but wow... It's loaded with beautiful restored furniture. Don't be turned off by the warehouse feel and walk through. The owner is super friendly and will help you find the special piece. More chairs than other pieces. Do prepare to open your wallet.... And to fall in love with something while you're here. We did not make a purchase so can't comment on those aspects

I highly recommend Mostly Danish. The owner, Zvi, restored our teak “boomerang” coffee table a few years ago, so when we found a teak love seat that someone had thrown out (why?!) we knew Zvi was the only person to bring it back to life. The love seat had to be completely rebuilt, with new strapping, cushions, and then beautifully reupholstered in leather. Zvi also did an amazing job of restoring the teak frame, which was in pretty bad shape. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Extremely happy with service and quality of the workmanship. I brought in 6 dining chairs that were in pretty rough shape and they looked brand new once they were done. Pleasant and prompt service. The chairs were refinished within a week. Thank you Zvi! - Cindy

I purchased a sofa online and dealt with the owner, Zvi Gross, directly. Terrific customer service. He was very prompt with responses to emails and phone calls, and was able to provide extra photos of the item. I was concerned about buying a sofa without viewing it in person, but everything was perfect! The sofa is beautiful and in perfect condition. Shipping was arranged for me to Alberta and it was delivered in a timely manner extremely well packaged. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

I ordered the most beautiful stools from mostly danish. They came right away and were even better in person. They had them refinished for me and everything. They were so professional and helpful. Would definitely buy from them again. They have the coolest collection of furniture. Thanks!!

I ordered three pieces of furniture from Mostly Danish . I dealt directly by phone and Email with Mr. Zvi Gross , who was very professional and courteous. The furniture arrived in perfect condition after travelling half way across the country ,all the way to Vancouver from their store in Ottawa. The quality of these refurbished antiques far exceeded anything modern that you could buy in the same price range. This is heirloom quality furniture ,beautifully crafted from high quality hardwoods and veneers and lovingly restored. Any one who visits my home always comments on how nice these three pieces of mid century furniture look and I would highly recommend this store .

I bought a beautiful Italian sofa from Zvi and asked for it to be delivered to Montreal, there was a delay with the shipping company so Zvi personally delivered the sofa himself on a Monday evening - grateful beyond words. He is so helpful and sweet, and the sofa is just gorgeous. So happy with everything, you can buy online with confidence.
