Paul helped us with our home purchase. I've worked with different notaries in the past for real estate transactions and always figured the process was a money grab, since id basiclaly show up to give 20 signatures then leave after 20 minutes. Paul took a more high touch approach and explained various findings as he went along by email. He gave us useful insight on stratas, insurance, and legal concepts, and even reminded us of certain conditions we forgot we placed in the contract. I highly recommend Paul especially if it's your first home purchase or sale!
