I would generally never rate any dealings with the provincial government as positive but after having issues registering my business online, I was forced to go in. I was blown away with the service. I got help from a girl named Julia and she was polite, smart and left me feeling like there's still hope for humanity. She went the extra mile and printed off a bunch of stuff Ill likely need later on. Thank you so much!

Don't be afraid to head into Service Canada Vanderhoof with a smile. Hoping to not have to make an appointment I popped in to see if they could help with some docs the Gov't requested to complete something I requested of them. The rep happily photocopied my 43 page document, chatting away and sent it off lickity split. We laughed and chatted, making my day.

We came in late today like 6 minutes before closing time because we traveled from Fraser lake and the lady that helps with passport forms essentially donated her time to help us out. She was extremely professional and nice! We have had other great experiences with the same lady and it’s been great! Just wanted to drop a line saying we appreciate you and hope you read our review!
