The food was good and the service was great. I had the Hollywood burger with yam fries, it was a good traditional burger, nothing super special. The waitress was super nice and fast. We went during lunchtime so it was quiet enough to have a conversation, which was a huge bonus.

Arrived. No hostess. Plenty of room, so I sat. Sat for about 15-20 minutes completely unacknowledged. After the bartender realized something was up, she went to the line to ask what was going on. Other servers looked in my direction and laughed. That was it. I formally complained to the bartender who said was also the manager. I vented my frustration and she said they thought I looked like a food delivery person and assumed I was waiting for a takeout order. She apologized and gave me some discount cards but I felt too insulted and left. This place needs to work on its customer service because it has a lot to improve.

It was good overall. My food (fish and chips) was tasty. I didn't like the coleslaw but I am picky about it so most likely it's me. My husband ordered calamari and buffalo wings. He said they were ok. Our server was friendly and kind.

Great casual spot. Delicious food and big portions. Plenty of seating, sports screens and a full equipped bar with loads of options.Huge varied menu with options for everyone.Would highly recommend the loaded nachos - make sure to add on the chicken and the charred tomato salsa!The burgers were so tasty and I absolutely loved the gravy with the delicious crispy chips. Speedy service and friendly staff.Can’t complain and would definitely eat here again.

We had a wonderful time for a late lunch today :)The food was absolutely amazing and our server and hostess were so nice.This is our second time visiting this location, and I only have great things to say.Definitely come here and you will enjoy it!!

Our first time in this location and it was great. Service, ambience, food and drinks were all within our expectations. We ordered the Smokehouse Burger, Fish and Chips, Chicken Wings, a Bellini and a Corona. They had huge widescreen tvs for my hubby to enjoy his football too. Great Friday date night venue. We will surely be back and it’s also close to home.

Food was better then the last few times I have been to a Brown's. I always found it very salty, but not here.Service was great to hear as well.The only thing to note I order the Honey Basil gin fizz. And wow was it all basil.Made it hard to enjoy.The only reason I rated the Atmosphere 2 stars. It was so dark walking into Brown's.It took a bit to adjust.

Cool vibe. Large space. Excellent service.I had the gyoza, my husband had the Thai soup bowl. Both dishes were great. Will have to go back someday to try some of their other dishes.

The foods are great and I loved it. Their host and servers are great too. The only complaint I have is the orange juice they served me yesterday. I ordered orange juice without ice because the juice is for my daughter, but they brought the juice is with ice. Even though the waitress apologized and rectified her mistake by scooped out the ice, but why the juice is only half a cup? Shouldn't it be a cup of juice? I'm paying full price for a cup of juice and not 1/2 a cup. For that reason I only give them 3 stars.The restaurants environment is good

I am not one to complain, but man this one takes the cake. I ordered a cup of soup cost $7. And it was served fairly quick maybe 2 min. I was like “that was quick”. Then I looked at the bowl half full and cold. When I brought this to the servers attention , she was kind and took it back to the kitchen returning in 5 min with same bowl telling me that that is the portion size and that is how they serve it. I tell you the service industry and specially this Browns has gone down the hill . Best of luck to them in this competition market. I for sure will not be returning. Sad , I liked the location.
