The staff claims that the dog wash station closes 2 hours before the store closes. I came in at 4:30pm to bathe my dog, the store closed at 6:00pm and they refused to let me wash her. I asked if this was the stores policy and they said it was an unwritten policy. Frankly, the two older ladies working were obscenely rude and seemed to hate their jobs.I had also been told the other day by a much nicer staff member that coming in an hour before they close to bath my dog would be fine. I have emailed corporate to get clarification on what the dog wash policy is and to inform them of the “unwritten policy” that store is biding by.

Love the selection of products- toys, beds, carriers. Apparently they don't return anything that has been opened which limits my selection of products. I won't buy any food or treats etc. Will buy those products from companies that are more supportive of pets needs and pickiness.

Took our old dog for a bath when store opened on Sunday. We did not feel pressed to hurry up, perfect height of dog bath for our old backs and his. Our old guy did not like the tiles so next time we will bring our rubber mat for him. Great idea, would we go back? You betcha. It also gave him (the dog) a chance to get a burger and fries, and some dessert. Reasonable price, can't beat it. Staff was awesome and very helpful.

I always take my dog here as we live locally. They have a huge selection on all pet goods. (not really a fan of the grooming supplies Bosleys carries tho). The staff there are very nice and friendly, and are always welcoming to my dog and me.Once I started to use the bath they have there, I will never give my dog a bath at my house again, they supply all the shampoo and conditioner, and have plenty of towels to dry your dog off, I would recommend bringing your own brushes if you need them, as they do not supply them (my dog needs to be brushed after she is bathed).tldr: a really good pet store.

This location is Awesome! My 18 yr old cat developed a skin issue at the beginning of Covid 19. Between the vet and Armstrong Bosley's we are still working on a solution but the attitude, knowledge and compassion shown by the staff at this store have made the journey much easier. Highly recommend them for any and all fur baby issues (and non issues)

Patty helped me bathe my old assist dog, Dylan. I am in a wheelchair, and her help was not only greatly appreciated, but she is a qualified groomer, as well.

Bosley's are my go to pet store. Can get a bit pricey but the service is top notch and they do hold a variety of products that my very picky cat actually approves of

Wow, I can't even believe that I have ever bent over my bath tub to wash my dog. This place is so awesome. The lady there was super helpful and informative. The place was super clean and so much variety of good things for pets. My pooch and I will be making it a regular thing for sure. Shhhhhh, just don't tell him that. He is not a fan of b-a-t-hs
