Very helpful - fought (successfully) with Snapper to have my mower repaired under warranty, even though the warranty had expired. Did a temporary fix to get me through to fall, when they will do the permanent warranty work. Much appreciated!

Helpful and going beyond the call of duty doesn't happen much today. It happens here, stop in and get you parts and repairs done here with confidence. The ONLY shop in the entirety of Red Deer that even tried to get me a belt for my zero-turn. Excellent beyond all others in my quest for the holy grail of deck belts today!

Bought a new Echo chain saw. Perfect size for my purposes as recommended by the owner. $1.00 more than the box store. Gifted the remainder of the 1 ltr. premix fuel used to test run the saw.$10. Purchased a few small parts for other saws. Price within a few cents of online sales.Highly recommend supporting this small business.

Very pushy salesman, repeatedly pushing services and products on me after I declined them. Refused to look into my warranty coverage.He did not wear a mask for the majority of the time I was there and came within 6 feet of me more than once. Near the end of my visit, he put his mask on his chin, so that his mouth and nose were still exposed.
