Chris (our exterminator) took the time to explain what he did, what to do, and what to expect over the couple of weeks following his visit to my apartment. He was very patient with the million questions I asked him and was also very nice! Would definitely recommend Terminix's service.

Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful answered all questions, and was there very promptly and on time! Loved his friendliness! If we have to use again (probably not cuz bruce gets it done) I hope we get him!

Terminix has been our pest control people at the restaurant where I work. The technician Chris who visits us biweekly is extremely efficient in bringing his skills in to minimize any and all pest problems we previously had. Our thanks to Terminix and Chris for doing such a fine job.

Dominic arrived on time and was completely cooperative with me when I asked him to wait while I finished up with an unexpected client. I’ve had nothing but praise from my tenants about how pleasant and professional “that fella Dominic from Terminix” is. I agree 100%! He has answered every question I’ve ever had immediately and without having to reference any manuals. There’s never a “let me check on that and I’ll get back to you” type answer. Always happy to help and a great sense of humour doesn’t hurt. Thanks again for always handling our needs here at Barclay Tower.

Ricardo came to my apartment for an inspection and he was amazing. I was super anxious about the possibility of having bed bugs but he calmed me down and put me at ease. I could not recommend him enough!
