WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Ordered food via delivery at 10pm, waited 3 hours and my food never came. I had to go pick up my food myself at 1am.Went back the next day to speak to the manager, waited 1.5hrs before they took my number, saying she will call back. (Noone called)Saw a staff got dropped off, entered the restaurant, didn't sanitized, didn't wash him hands and went straight into the kitchen, to help make orders. Very unclean!I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered 30 wings at 10pm called at 12 to ask what was happening they hung up. This place is a disgrace. Horrible service. Horrible time. StillWaiting

I wish I had read the comments before I eat here. I got a popcorn chicken poutine it tasted ok but I felt like the oil is engine oil. It’s gonna give you indigestion in 5 minutes after you finish your plate. Besides the place is extremely dirty.

Poutine was surprisingly good.. although too expensive for the quantity provided!The burgers were alright.. not bad, nothing special tough!Edit: Ordered a second time. Ordered 2 LARGE poutines this time, one for me, one for my son and I got an even worse impression of their portion sizes. I think the size they call large is what most places call medium (reguliere). And to top it off, the recipient doesn't even come full. I ate the large" poutine in 7 or 8 bites. Its a pity because I quite like their poutine

DO NOT GO HERE.From the moment you drive up to the restaurant, you immediately wonder if the location is clean, safe or trustworthy. The workers were not friendly and, it turns out, our order made over the phone went to a different location 40 minutes away. Why? They don't answer the phone themselves; they have a call center take the orders, but the person who took our order sent it to the wrong location. Their addresses online also don't necessarily match up to the specific location you are going to, but the worker tried to argue with us as if it was our fault.Eventually we got our food, but the fries were not under the wings inside the same box as we had requested, and the placement of the boxes inside the bag was so poor that we immediately saw leakage of sauce visible from the outside of our sealed brown bag. By the time we got home and opened it up, so much sauce had leaked, despite us carrying the bag upright. The boxes inside appeared to have been tossed in without care, almost as if they were intentionally misplaced. As such, the wings were dry and the boxes soaked in sauce. This created a huge mess in our kitchen. A 10 year old would do a better job packaging than these grown men.We would not at all recommend anyone eating here, at least not at this terribly run location.

When we got there, we almost changed our mind. But everything is for sure frozen so we decided to give it a try. We got a really bad service. The cook/cashier did not speak French, and his english was terrible. So communication was a big zero. Luckily got the order right. But had to wait almost 30 minutes for 20 wings. Did not get the carrots, celery and sauce with it. Wings were so cooked they were dried out. Plus they did not have any chicken tenders anymore. Can't sit inside or outside and looks abandoned. Did not see a permit on the wall and it looks like an electricity fire hazard.

Just don’t order for delivery late night what ever you do. It was absolutely disgusting, ordered a Philly chicken sub and it’s safe to say they collected wtv scraps of chicken they found in the kitchen and called it a sub.Honestly I wouldn’t feel safe serving it to my DOG.Also didn’t receive fries for combo.Side note it took over an hour to be delivered.Just save yourself the high blood pressure and choose another restaurant :)

i ordered a 10 piece chicken wing meal for my daughter and when i opened the container it smelled of rank spoiled meat. Not safe to eat rotten or past date meat..especially chicken! my daughter and i were sick ofter eating 1 piece each. we thought maybe it was the sauce that smelled funny but it was the meat. I called the restaurant and let them know. hope they fix the problem . 27$ in the garbage we only ate the jalapeno poppers.

Food is not fresh. I ordered chicken wings and they were so dry and hard it’s obvious they’re at least a couple days old smh

AVOID AT ALL COSTSordered 20 chicken pieces on uber eats and only got 11. called them and they said its our mistake" and once asked what they will do about it
