My furnace stopped working early this morning. I called Chestemere heating and cooling to come fix the furnace same day, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the initial phone call to the completion of the repair, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The technician(Cody) who came to my home was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my furnace is now running again. Thank you for a job well done!

I called in and was surprised that someone would be coming by to have a look at our furnace in the afternoon. Kyle called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and he was on time. Kyle and Kevin installed our heat pump today. They were on-time and very professional. They laid down drop cloths and kept their workspace neat and tidy. They made sure our system is working great before leaving and we fully understood the controls! Cold air in time for the summer heat!

Our furnace stopped heating yesterday during the cold weather. After a bit of troubleshooting we decided that we needed a repairman to come check our furnace. Keith was able to come to our place very quickly and diagnosed that we needed a new gas pressure switch. He didn't have the exact part on hand, so installed a temporary one to get us through the night with heat. Today, Kyle arrived at our place and installed the new switch and was in and out in under 30 minutes. We really appreciated the prompt service in this cold weather and how professional both Keith and Kyle were. Thank you again for fixing our furnace!

Chestermere heating and cooling came very recommended. I ended up getting 4 different quotes. I personally liked Kyle the most and he was the most patient and detail oriented company I spoke to. He answered all my questions and helped me feel really good about going with them! We had our 31 year old furnace replaced and also installed an air conditioner. Furnace is working great thanks again!
