National Vacuum

Don;t shop anywhere else! I went to National Vacuum hoping to get my Dyson repaired; it had died ONLY FIVE YEARS AFTER I BOUGHT IT. (Funny...that's when the warranty died as well!) I was so disappointed because I thought Dyson was the top of the line..but the Salesman gave me the straight goods and suggested what he considered a dependable model which cost only 150 bucks. I told him I was willing to spend some money because I have cats, hence alot of fur around the house. He could've steered me towards a more expensive brand, but he didn't. He suggested what he thought was the best for my needs. Turns out, he set me up with a vacuum that performs as good as - if not BETTER than the Dyson. The only drawback is that the vacuum uses bags, but that's a small price to pay. I give this store 5 starts for its honesty and customer service. I will recommend this store to everyone I know who needs a new vacuum.

We've always had good experience at National Vacuum. This time, our central vacuum stopped working, we brought it to the shop around 11, got a call about an hour later with cost to repair, by 2pm, we picked it up. Excellent service, great communication. Thanks Shawn & Al.

I can’t say enough about how great the service is!I was turned away by another vacuum repair because they said no one works on Dyson vacs.Rubbish.Sean repaired and cleaned my 27 year old Dyson and it works as good as new!

Many thanks to Sean at National Vacuum. Identified the problem and advised the options. Told me a replacement motor was all that was need and the repair price was reasonable. Even cleaned the unit up and carried it out to the car. Great friendly, prompt service.

A very good experience here. Our central vac burned out after about 15 years and I went here expecting to have to buy a new one (they stock Canavac). The man suggested I could replace the motor instead, since my old machine had a high quality motor that could still be replaced for a reasonable price. Since I was able to bring the unit to the store, the labour charge was only $40 to install the new motor, and I had it back within a couple of days, working as good as ever. This saved me several hundred dollars.

We've been dealing with Al at National Vacuum for over 30 years. Just had another positive experience this week for our central vac unit and accessories. Shawn saved us a lot of $ on this work. Warm and professional service!

5 Stars. I took my vacuum in for repair and got a call 2 days later to say they could not fix it (didn't have the parts). I picked up the vacuum expecting a diagnostic fee, no charge. Not many businesses would do this. Friendly staff and great communication skills. If i ever need anything else i will be sure to go there....

Great service and quick too! The gentleman said when I turned on the vacuum to hold on tight or it will pull you away and I thought he was joking. But the power I felt in my 7-10 year old vaccuum was amazing and it was like it was brand new again.
