Made the mistake of going here. First mortgage application they forgot and it took a month to reply. They apologized and said we’ll review and call you back in a couple days. Were on week 3. No call. Go anywhere else. They apparently don’t want your business. Worst bank on the planet.

Hours of operation make it pretty difficult for any working a 9-5 job to do their necessary in-person banking. Choosing to then shut down entirely on the weekends makes it even more difficult. The option to do banking through the ATM isn’t even possible because access to the machine is only available during business hours. This must be incredibly frustrating for those who can’t use online banking.

I used to like Meridian but lately they seem to be short staffed or just too busy to get back to me with information regarding my refi. It's time sensitive for me but not for them. I'm disappointed. I used to recommend them to friends and family. I hope I'm not being unreasonable with my expectations. That being said, I think they are great for first time home buyers
