I would like to highlight Marius's work and professionalism. Following 2 days of extreme cold I ran into an issue that required quick attention. Marius was very quick to answer and able to fix my problem. He took the time to ask questions and really understand what the issue was. He went above and beyond asking for some pictures, explaining what the problem was and what the potential solutions were. We finally got our hot water back in time for the kids to shower. I highly recommend Marius if you are looking for an entrepreneur that tells you up front what to expect.

Marius and team were very professional. They communicated well in advance of their arrival and walked me through all the issues within the house (after our new home purchase). I did not feel pressured to resolve all issues on the spot and Marius gave tips and suggestions for general plumbing related maintenance. His pricing was very reasonable and I appreciated the time he took to explain things.

When my toilet leaked on a Sunday morning, I called several plumbing companies. None responded except for plomberie. MALV. Regardless of the rush, Marius was friendly and extremely professional. Amazing service!! I still can't believe how quickly Maurice responded to my call and was able to get the work done. Both he and Jay were friendly and incredibly professional. I really appreciated how Maurice explained what needed to be done (and what didn't). He took the time to answer all of our questions and left clear instructions (with pictures!) for how to maintain everything. Excellent service, Marius is very knowledgeable and does quality work. They arrived on time and finished very quickly. Marius also takes his time to explain what is happening and happily gives advice even for unrelated issues.

We had a great experience with Marius today, he replaced broken pipes and installed a bidet very quickly. In addition to the work we called him he noticed certain needed plumbing updates and noticed our bidet electrical connection was dangerous and give us a plan to prevent future issues. We like the fact that not only the work is done professionally but Marius takes the time to explain the work and its implications. We highly recommend him.

I rarely leave a review but these guys deserve it. Marius went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done properly. From our first conversation together, I knew I was in good hands. He explained to me the solution to my problem, asked for pictures to see what he'd be working with and provided me with a quote. Not only did he respect the quote he had given me but fixed my current setup which wasn't to his standard. Highly highly recommended.

I was looking for a plumber and I messaged Plomberie Malv Inc. We spoke on the phone and I was asked to send a picture of the outside connections and the inside pipes. He reviewed everything and booked an appointment for the next morning. He arrived 15 mins early with all of the necessary tools and parts. He assessed the problem and explained it to me very well.
