Just a moment ago, four waiters stood there and none of them took my order, (I assume it was a new one) the older aunts worked very enthusiastically and excellently. I have lived here for 6 years countless times and this year I will be handling Oshawa. I have a lot of good memories here. The new staff should really be trained. It sucks.

Knife wasn't cleaned off very well when they cut my bagel and I could taste onion cream cheese and I just had a plain buttered bagel cinnamon raisin so that was rather disappointing.

Odd experience here yesterday morning, odd to the point I'm writing this the day after, was in line for coffee waiting like others, when my turn came I stepped to make my order and while in the process another cx stepped to the side of me, my order was halted and I was asked to step aside? I advised the Tim's server I was confused about why this individual took priority over everyone in the line up and she responded I know you're confused"

What can I say, I am super happy with the service this guys are providing. I don’t know the names but all of them are so welcoming. I usually see them on weekends and Monday as I work in shell besides their Tim’s. Kudos to the team.Thank you guys

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while and more times then none my order is wrong or is not available, the other day I got all the way home after ordering a steeped tea and received a coffee! Just tonight I ordered 2 iced capps that were different flavours, the person taking the order didn’t respond whether they understood or heard just said come to the window, I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the window! There was no other costumers inside or in the drive through and yet again i get home and the ice capps were wrong and now wasted as the flavour was not liked! I’m tired of their laziness and inability to get orders done properly!

My son was there last night. I now see that it was close to closing time and that may be why the cashier was SUPER, SUPER RUDE to him. Disgustingly rude. If it was closed, you just say sorry

Probably one of the best Tim Hortons I have been in. The food taste the same every time as well as the drinks. The workers are friendly and very caring. They do take their time with the food and beverages but that's only because they make it the right way. I choose this Tim's above any other Tim's in the Durham Region just because of the consistency. Try them out you won't go to another Tim's.

This location always seems to be busy, which is supposed to be a good thing, but for some reason, every time I go there the customer service is horrible. I don’t know if it’s bc I am a coloured short man, that I am not treated equally(whichI am used to) but today I was literally overlooked at the counter and the employee greeted the next person in line, with no apology. If you don’t wanna work at tims, please just go home. Durhams finest I tell you.
