Good car dealer.As any other business right now, slow in getting replacing parts and fast in adding costs on the bill.Nice showroom, experienced repair shop, plus a courtesy team in place.

I went to go take a look at purchasing a car. I took it for a test drive that was low on gas, 1 bar. I missed the exit and was forced to pump gas ( not alot just $5). My initial impression was good the salesman was really nice, but it ended there.When I asked for a trade in they offered me $1500 for a car that Kelly black book said would be worth $8k, admittedly there were some cosmetic repairs to do, i was quoted $800 at a garage to fix.I was insulted by their offer and they didn't even think to reimburse me for the gas I put in the car I took for a test drive. Wasted my time, stay away!

I cant express how much disappointed I am from the customer service. I prepaid 500 buck for the car and after 2 days went to Mazda-St-Jerome for a test drive. Everything went well till the moment we had to close the deal. I was ready to buy the car but the dealer wanted 2000 dollars more than the price that was announced. So so unprofessional. They tryed to blackmail me for more money. The worst ever experience in a dealership. I will never go there again and will never recommend their services.

Horrible experience. Went there a year ago and there was a very nice director, but financially I was not able to afford the great deal offered. Went again couple of weeks ago, as my financial situation changed, and new sales director which wasn't nearly as flexible, gave me price $40 higher per month on a 25K car than the web site which is normally the opposite. When I inquired, I was told that was for extra winter tires, and when I said that was ridiculous price, and I never asked for them, they said it was an error and removed it. They evaluated my trade in, and my salesperson told me they will call me to set an appointment to bring the car in for exact pricing, and nobody never did. Glad I didn't do business there, and never will, and I wonder how they stay in business with these practices. In the end, went to Subaru Rive Nord and got great service and a Subaru .Actually my bad experience was not with the former administration which by the way was excellent, but with the current administration. Anyway, lesson learned and will be transmitted

Called for a potential warranty repair. Very courteous and accommodating while managing my expectations. Arrived and they treated my appointment on time while managing expectations. They even lent me an office to work in. Leaving here an hour earlier than expected with the work done and smile. Thanks!

Samir Awad my salesman from Albi Mazda Saint Jérôme is amazing and I must say his service was exceptional!! I have purchased many cars but this experience was by far one of the best! January 31st 2021 I am writing this review! I was in contact with Charles Robillard inquiring on a used car! I have asked him on January 25th 2021 to send the pictures of the car. He has promised me to send pictures of the car by email! I have never received anything I have send multiple emails no answer! It’s already difficult in the times of COVID-19 to go and see the Cars! But why do you promise pictures and never send them? Very unprofessional!February 2nd 2021 the dealership leaves a response to my review. It is very funny the repose after leaving a one star review! The manager emails me after seeing the one star which is 6 days after my email to Charles which I never received a response! And by the way what you mean is this the way I negotiate? Let me ask you is this the way you respond to an one star review? You kidding me right? Don’t make the people who give you an honest rating look bad, when your employee is ignorant! He could have told me that he won’t able to a picture or explained the situation but he didn’t! He just ignored! What else you want me to do? Make screenshots of all the email conversations and post with my review? I don’t mind! Yes you send me the pictures after 6days and I told after seeing the pictures I am not interested! What you mean by the car could be yours? I really hope you not going make post the emails!

I met Sebastien, I have been doing some business with him, and I highly recommend him, he is very professional and transparent, 100 percent satisfied.I want to recommend this store and dealer for future purchases.
