Ordered takeout from Uber - took about 45 mins to arrive. If you want to try this place, I recommend eating in the restaurant, not takeout.Got the Chicko Meal with sauce sides. Chicken was crunchy and not juicy. Fries were pretty soggy. Yangyeom sauce is sweet and I like it more than the Padak sauce. For ~$17, the portion is quite small. It was an OK meal.

I love KFC(Korean Fried Chicken) and Chicko Chicken is one of my favourites. This location is brand new and it was very clean. I ordered four different flavours and my favourites were Sweet and Spicy(Yang Yeom) and Green Onion chicken(Pa Dak). I actually recommend Pa dak to anyone who hasn’t tried. Julienned green onions and fried chicken surprisingly go well together. Chicken tasted great and the staff was friendly. I will definitely come back.

With my enjoyable experience eating the korean boneless chicken from Chicko Chicken, the new Richmond location is a welcome one. The quality standards of this newly opened location is definitely high as they gave a great portion that filled the box and the chicken was made crunchy, juicy and saucy. This also impressed the family critic who doesn't enjoy eating outside food" has said that she would love to eat this again. I only hope that the portion and quality standards by this staff and kitchen remain consistent for years to come."

Been ordering takeout here a few times, and it has been delicious most of the time. The Yangyeom, padak padak, and soy garlic chicken has consistently been very satisfying. However, the cheese snow chicken is a hit or miss sometimes. First few times the cheese was good, but the last time I had it, the chicken was somewhat stringy and the “snowy” cheese was nonexistent. Very disappointing.Besides the inconsistent cheese snow chicken, everything else is always flavourful and crispy. I highly recommend making your own rice or ordering rice on the side to go with the chicken, it makes the meal 200% tastier.

Very fresh and crispy fried chicken with nice large portions! Loved the pickled radish that balances out the greasiness of the fried chicken. Tried the Padak Padak half size chicken and there was lots of shredded green onion on top which was nice. The shake shake fry cheese topping is both sweet and salty.... Nice.... But probably bad for you cuz it tasted like the aspartame type of sweetness.

Used to be better. Still a fan of their cheese snow chicken but it doesn’t taste as good as before. Maybe the seasoning has changed a bit? The boneless pieces seem like it’s more batter and less chicken now.Also used to give out free radish but I get that’s not sustainable forever.

When we got the order, Soy sauce chicken was hot but the original chicken was warm Almost cold, and it’s only 1.4km away from my home.It means they pre fried the chicken and preserve under warm conditions.If you guys are busy and can’t keep the quality, just close the Ubereats til you can handle well again ^^Btw, the flavour are just general / in average , not special or delicious.

It is more delicious than chicken sold in Korea. The service, quality, and quantity were satisfied and I was touched by friendly staffs. I think I'll be a regular here!Yangyeom chicken and Buldak, Padak were really nice!!!!!!!
