SYM was returning from a break and she was asked to assist me with making a pillow choice.She brought me a number of choices, once she wisely asked what mattress I was sleeping on, to better match what would be most suitable. She guided me and then allowed me to take my time to examine/try each pillow. I brought my decision to the counter and she confirmed that pillow was the probable choice, given the mattress we'd purchased.SYM assured me that Sleep Country oversees all our warranties and receipts, so should there be any issues, they will be properly supported, and future purchases would be accommodating.

My wife and I needed a new mattress so we decided to check out SleepCountry, then The Brick.We met Shirley, gave her our price range and were off to the races.I used to think “sleep expert” was just a marketing ploy, but the first thing Shirley asked was some questions about our sleep to reccomend the appropriate mattresses.We are very different sleepers, but Shirley did a great job addressing both of our needs in her suggestions. All while respecting our price range, showing us some mattresses that were a bit higher, but never pressuring us into a decision.We are extremely confident in the selection we made thanks to Shirley’s help, and can’t wait to get our new mattress.A great job was done explaining each mattress and pillow - we would go hear again and again and again.You can probably tell, but we never made it to The Brick!

Shirley, was amazing since the moment, I walked in , I knew I needed a pillow , but what I didnt know was how much I needed to know about myself before buying a pillow, she was truly amazing and I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you shirley.

Shirley greeted me with a large smile and made me leave with a larger one! She took well time out to let me test multiple mattress’s and fed me all possible facts about springs, sleeping potions and posture. She is definitely the right Woman for the job and I look forward to returning in 5 years

Gary was the most informed and helpful sales associate we have ever dealt with at Sleep Country. His knowledge of the products and patience in assisting our elderly parents in the selection of a new mattress and pillows is worthy of 5 stars. Thank you Gary!

This is the second time I have bought mattresses from Shirley and I won't trust anyone else!! She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to find out about any issues etc before recommending a mattress to try. We came in at around 8:00 pm on a Friday night and there wasn't any rush or pressure on us while we were looking. Shirley you are the best!!! Will always recommend her to everyone.
