I had a great experience at sleep country Burlington! I called to inquire about a bunk bed mattress and Frank was able to assist me by educating me on the options and found me the perfect mattress for our daughter. I was able to order over the phone for curbside pick up and Frank brought it right out to my car!

In the past we have purchased 4 mattresses and pillows from Sleep Country.We recently purchased a new pillow, Maloof mattress protector and a set of bamboo sheets. None of which, we were told could be returned, after we had paid for them.With Covid protocols in place I realized it wasn''t going to be a simple job picking a new pillow. We were told by the salesman that the pillow would soften in a couple of weeks. But to date it still has not softened, as we were told it would and as for the the sheet set - it is absolute garbage.The sheets had to be washed in cold water before use. I couldn't believe i had to iron them. We have had them on the bed twice and now they look like they are years old instead of brand new. They have shrunk so badly and have twisted out of shape. I don't know who did the commercial for these sheets but they are definitely not hotel quality and we will not be purchasing any further products from Sleep Country.

Staff here have always been helpful and friendly. We purchased our first king Tempurpedic mattress here years ago, and really enjoyed it for the first few years. Delivery was good, and they brought it right in and set it in place. They also removed the old mattress.A few years later, we felt the mattress simply was not maintaining it's shape and we pursued their warranty. Sleep Country honoured their warranty with another king Tempurpedic Cool Breeze, delivered, installed, and removed old one, no charge. There was no hassle with the replacement at all. A very helpful and consistent staff every time we have been there.

I recently had an issue close to one year after purchasing a mattress from Sleep Country at the Dundas Street, Burlington location. My mom received her new Kingsdown Queen mattress in January of 2022. In November of that year after having back pain, we saw that the mattress showed a body form indentation. I followed procedure in getting this looked at from Sleep Country, by filling an online application and uploading photos and was informed that my request was denied to have this mattress examined by a representative from Sleep Country. After a few attempts and getting no help from Sleep Country with an obviously defective mattress, I went back to the store and spoke with the salesperson who sold me the mattress. Steve, after seeing the photos for himself, was super helpful and with his determination, within two months my mom received a brand new replacement of the above mattress from Sleep Country. After 6 months of trying to get this mattress issue rectified, my mom is now quite satisfied with her current new Kingsdown mattress. I just want to publicly thank Steve for helping us out, as he went above and beyond to get the best outcome possible. We are truly appreciative, and grateful. Thank you Steve, once again.

They don't give you all the options first time around but do back up their 100 day warranty . Ove course there is a Xtra fee.

I went to the Sleep Country on 3300 Fairview St., Burlington due to better reviews. I had back pain that lasted for some time and with process of elimination- it was clearly my mattress. I walked in, and was greeted by a kind man. I dont know his name, but he directed me on what to do. Then came Frank, who stepped right in and began to help me find a solution. He listened to what brought me into the store, started helping me compare mattresses based on my comfort. I left the store happy, I will have my mattress shipped on Friday! I had fun shopping for a mattress with exceptional customer service! Thank you Sleep Country Burlington- go see Frank!!!!

Great store! Negotiated a good deal on my queen mattress with adjustable platform. After my final bottom line price, I still managed to have them throw in two pillows of my choosing. My bed was delivered on time and set up for me. Unfortunately, not due to any fault of Sleep Country, after a week I found it uncomfortable for me. They have a great exchange policy which I utilized and went into the store and chose another mattress. I'm writing this review about three years later and I'm still very happy with my bed AND pillows! I highly recommend Sleep Country.

Large selection of mattresses to try. Small selection of sheets compared to website but we were happy with our purchase and customer service from the employees was top notch.

I was impressed at how quick and easy it was to purchase my Bloom mattress and accompanying mattress protector. The gentleman helping me listened to all my questions, suggested I try out various mattresses to find the right feel and overall fit, and closed the deal in courteous and timely manner. My experience was great and I'd definitely recommend Sleep Country.

Went to Sleep Country with my partner to buy our first bed together. We had a very pleasant experience throughout the process. Frank (Sales Rep) was absolutely amazing to work with! He exceeded expectations and worked with us to find something within our budget and explained our options. We had a number of beginner questions as new buyers and he was more than accommodating and understanding. We had our mattress delivered today to the 12th floor of an apartment building and the entire process of getting the mattress to our apartment took 10 minutes tops. The delivery guys were also great. They gave us a heads up about when they were going to arrive during the day and also provided us with a 5 minute warning. Very professional, very personable, would recommend asking for Frank by name! We are so happy with our new mattress and will definitely return to Sleep Country for any other future mattress purchases.
