Pet Tails Grooming

I will admit that I have never visited but they allowed someone to pressure them into not accepting Pit bulls due to 1 dog acting out of line and it was a rescue.I can honestly say that I am truly disgusted with the response as I have a bully breed" and knowing you only want tiny dogs that are the real menaces of the canine world

When they had 5$ nail clips it was well worth it (considering it takes 30 seconds) but since they upped the price to 10$ per 30 second nail clip- ive started going to SPCA to have my dogs nails clipped and donating my money there..Also do not like that they charge the same grooming fee for long and short hair dogs.And recently heard they do not accept pitbulls (APT)which made my decision to not use them that much easier

Our Sophie always comes back smelling and looking her best!! She is super uncomfortable going to the groomers, but then she is in the happiest mood by the time I'm back to get her! I've run late 2 or 3 times to her and they are so good about it, she just hangs out in a crate until I get there. They take such good care of the fur babes!

Every time I would take my 2 bull breeds here, for a nail trim, they wouldn’t even allow them in the building. Demanded they be done outside. My older dog now HATES having her paws touched, after having so much anxiety from the way it was handled. They never bothered to take time to make sure they were cutting a decent amount off. Waste of money, I now have a dremel and do their toenails myself. Would highly suggest finding a different business.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! They turned down a vet with a fully licensed service dog solely because the dogs breed. Don't waste your time or money going to a business like this

My family took our huskey to these owners when they were doing the business in oromocto.My dog came home acting weird and shaking. The next day she couldn't walk. Called them and they said they let her jump off the table. (It was like 4 1/2 feet from the ground. She's never jumped off things that high before.Needles to say we went to 2 different vet clinic with emergency vets and they couldn't find anything wrong with the dog thru x Rays and a million other tests they did.The doctors were stumped.Exactly a week after her appointment with these people we put her down at 4 years old. Something happened to my dog when it was in their care and I will never know what was done to herMind you my dog had no health issues and was a physically fit dog. She rapidly went down hill day after day after she came back home.I don't trust these people nor their staff.STAY CLEAR!!!

Terrible service. Took my pity there to have her nails clipped and was told she was not allowed inside because pit bulls are dangerous to the staff. They asked if I could muzzle her before they would clip her nails. My dog has never been aggressive once so this was quite infuriating. Since I was already there, I allowed them to clip her nails. They cut almost every nail too short. Since then, she is terrified to have anyone touch her paws. If you care for your pets, go elsewhere

Took my sheltie Chaos there for years until he passed away. He loved wandering in and prancing out happy saying look at me dad I'm so shiny, clean and smelling awesome. Never had an issue with them taking any directions on specifics I would like done or not done. So now I take a new puppy Duke there!

I couldn’t say enough about the quality grooming they do for both of our dogs! They have been going to Pet Tails for over 6 years and they are always in good hands.
