I would rate Shaw zero but will not let you... This is what happened the first time with a Shaw tech - I had booked a tech to come and change my service and took off the afternoon from work. The tech never came I never got a call I was the one one the phone for hours to find out where the tech was and if he was still coming after all that Shaw told me that he would not make and would have reschedule..... NOT HAPPYBooked another tech to come to change out my equipment due to the first equipment was not working and the tech did not show up again. Called customer service and they had no idea why....... Very hard to talk to someone at Shaw to get anything done regarding tech's not showing up and wasting their customers time...... Not a very happy customer

If you want to get paid SHAW, fix your Web Pages to My Shaw

Shaw lied about refunding deposit once we returned our equipment. Very happy we have switched to TELUS. TELUS internet is much faster and we no longer have to put up with a company that fails to honour their commitment. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible company not cost effective for what's providedOver night up charge of 1200 $ during covid

From a customer experience standpoint, it doesn't get any worse than Shaw. The company would benefit from retraining front line employees because it feel as though they are intentionally waiting your time and refusing to help.

Yesterday I was struggling with a feature. Called the tech division and they went in and made modification to the port and server. I woke up this morning to find that I no longer have any calendar functionality. I called and they told me they won't even help me reset to the original account settings.On a previous call about 1 year ago I was negotiating costs and indicated I saw the deals they are providing new users and that I have been with them for close to 25 years and the customer service guy asked why I keep reminding him of my loyalty to the company.Bye bye Shaw. Cannot wait to be done with you at the end of the year! You will never ever get my business again!
