This location is now the only one downtown since they closed the Bloor location. It’s smaller than the Bloor location but still has most of the selection. Online has more. Hard to get around with a stroller because the isles are a little tight. Weekly deals come out on Tuesdays so check then if there is something you are hoping for. I was able to get a beautiful Staub Cocotte at a great price. Staff were very helpful!

Since the pandemic lockdowns, William Sonoma has gone down hill. Customer service use to be warm and friendly; however, now, no one is willing to greet you or help you. Instead, they refer you to their website. What is the point of the store if you refer your customers to your website?

I usually love visiting Williams-Sonoma locations because of how they present and display the different kinds of kitchen items they stock, but this one was cluttered and cramped. If a person was looking at something, there wasn't any space to try to go around. It was also messy in different areas around the store, like a clearance outlet, or a blowout sale.

Nice store -- but never order online. Ordered a knife block set and additional knives simultaneously online in early May. All were in stock at the time. Their electronic system splits up the payments into weird balances. Had money pulled on 3 different dates. WS then tried to pull more than what was remaining due from my credit card and it declined as I put everything on my credit card and could never anticipate when they would charge it for this large payment. They were about to cancel my order. Called and they couldn't cancel the pending" transaction and it wouldn't go through despite my credit card being fully paid off. I had to over pay my credit card with them on the phone for a new transaction to go through so they wouldn't cancel. This new payment went through and they confirmed this while on the phone with me. That was end of May. Even though I paid before the cancelation time

I have always loved visiting this store, however I had a horrible experience two days ago. I walked in to purchase a set of new dinnerware, and once I got to the cash, the employee saw I had my dog with me. He told me due to store policy, and them serving food (WHAT? WHERE?) dogs were not allowed. That is when I responded that he is a service animals, and I showed him his card. The response I got was INSTRUSIVE. I needed to show a medical letter written by my doctor justifying the service animal. I never would have guessed that I was required to disclose my personal and confidential medical history to a complete stranger to be allowed to peacefully shop in the store. I will never enter this store again, and definitely didn’t purchase the dinnerware!

Always smells great in here. Well lit, and well presented, you can settle most of your cooking/baking needs here as long as you can afford it. Staff are always friendly and helpful in my experience.

I don't even know what to say anymore. I've spent a lot of time and money in this store because they always have great sales, but I've never once had someone ask me how I'm doing, or if I need any help. This after maybe a dozen times being in the store.I would think it's a general problem, but watching the store associates help others, or multiple associates helping one person makes me think there are other issues at play here. In addition, I've definitely been followed around the store before. The couple of times its happened it didn't really bother me because I got something I was looking for a great price lol! And as a black man I am used to being followed around at this point, might as well get something out of it.Even when I have asked for help (on numerous occasions) I feel like I am bothering them or something??It seems that for some customers the service is great. And for the rest of us, we are followed so we don't steal anything or not worth your time to begin with.
