Do NOT DO Car Insurance with these guys! In August I moved from an apartment to a house and I unfortunately didnt update my new address and in between the move, covid and god knows what happen to the pre authorized credit card Payments, Cooperators were not able to charge me through my credit card, so instead of Calling Me, Reaching out as decent professional human beings do, they cancelled my policy 4 months ago without telling Me, now the cheapest car insurance I can get is 500$ because whatever happened went down on my Reports.After 3 Years of being a loyal customer, Always Being on top of payments and info updates and always referring family members.The person on the phone was straight forward telling me off and to look Elsewhere.Karma is a #-#-, I hope that you guys never see a Day of Success because that's not how you treat People.
