The past two calls placed did recieved a callback yet neither call managed to get me even a conversation about my struggles finding somewhere for myself to lay my head at night. Compared to previous episodes I've dealt with them thru in the past were rather well done. This time, an epic fail.

Completely wasted a month of my time, knowing I was working they let me believe I was able find relief through a program with them. Took time off today to make sure I could take the call. I had to spend the rest of the day playing phone tag which has lead to nothing.Thanks for the head ache, & a month's worth of time thinking I was able to find some relief with you guys.Homeless rates stay on the rise I guess, no help to the hrc whoHad all the info they needed to NOT waste A MONTH OF MY TIME.

Amazing helped me in a couple days if you need help securing a home these people are nice understand work as quick as they can with no judgment

They lie to your face all the time I went to go get my money and they lied to my face more then once

I was really shocked an u utterly disappointing first the place is hard to find then when you get there the door is locked to the public. I had called two times a the line just rings no one answered to help me find the place then I had to ring a buzzer the person came to the door an asks if I had an appointment. I thought this place was an actual place to help people find or assist with housing. This place is a joke they gave me an application that I could print online what do they get paid to do. Homelessness is at an all time high it’s an actual epidemic they don’t even have there doors open they should have coffee for people who sleep in tents an are cold a need warmth. I was generous in giving them 2 stars .

No help for our family.
